This is an oldie but a goodie. Please don’t ever take this video down! This sequence always leaves my hamstrings and lower back feeling significantly better.

Felt extra stiff before since today is the day after leg day. Now I feel very nice and loose. At some point, though, I felt like giving up because it‘s quite a long video. Generally, I prefer your shorter practices but every now and then a longer one can be a nice little challenge :) Thanks for putting in the effort and explaining physio stuff on a much easier level!

Thank you for doing this class. You have so much knowledge and thanks for sharing it. You send out a lot of energi which is great. But sometimes to keep the balance it can be beneficial to balance it by having calm music (the Jazz intro was crazy for me 🤪) . It was such a relief when you switched music gengre. This is of course only my opinion. The bug , the cat, the mike, the sun and super fast talking kept the energi to a yang 😉 anyways . Maybe try to find some stilness somewhere to balance it out. Thank you again and thanks for listening to my feedback. ✨ 🙏

I did a Tabata-style, lower-body-focused workout yesterday and my hamstrings are SORE! I also work ~10 hours a day on my feet, with lots of standing, walking and squatting. So, I really needed this. So much of it was truly challenging on my balance and my sore muscles (in the best way). I feel so good! I loved the explanation of the difference between tension and tightness. Definitely will be repeating this! Thank you

I’ve suffered with tight hamstrings for ages, my physio had me doing stretches but I think they were too aggressive and I’d end up almost limping the next day. Can’t wait to try this, thanks Shona! 🙏🏼❤️😊

Hola Shona, I have been following you for a while now and have read your Vertue Method book which is as enlightening as any of your videos. I cannot thank you enough for them and all the content you post in all your platforms. I have injured my right upper hamstring and butt, I believe due to overload and compensation for a weak left butt and hamstring, so now trying to keep it rested while strengthen the left butt and hamstring. Im focusing on stretching and mobility these days to try to repair the damage, This session was great, honestly I could manage all the positions and feel the stretch. My left hamstring is hurting though but I feel that nothing I do helps to recover... would you recommend to fully leave it rest a couple of weeks? Or keep doing stretching, which I’m currently doing. How can I cope with no training when I have done it almost every day for my entire life... I have changed my training routine so I do more upper body and cardio not too focused on the legs, but it is so difficult... paz y amor x

Thank you sooo much for this!! I am suffering from osteoarthritis in my knees and it seems my calves and hamstrings get very tight as a result. I also did a 5km hilly hike today so my legs were definitely sore. This was amazing and I will definitely do it again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
