oh my goodness! that is intense! i can tell its working! ive started a routine im hoping to follow through with for an entire month. as is probably predictable, im trying to get myself jn shape for a certain someone. this is one of the first things i do! thank you ma’am!!

I just did a 15 min leg & butt workout. thought I'd wind down with a nice yoga session. ...when I tell you I screamed 😆 I was NOT ready for those!! but I feel great. can't wait to incorporate this into my daily schedule as a sahm. thank you!

It depends on your body. Some people really need the warm up, but for others this stuff is easy and is the warm up x

hey cel. how've you been? i did this one today and i'm having a really hard time to not feel my quads BURNING like they've gone to hell and back. no matter how much i try to activate the glutes. i actually noticed that whenever i make that mind-muscle connection, the glutes activate, sure; but the quads too. basically i can't manage to activate my glutes without the quads stepping in the picture and i end up feeling like i did a crazy good quad work out but no so much glutes. any tips on this? quite specific, but i thought if anyone could help me, it's you. lots of peachy love your way

Hey lovely. So sorry for the delay. Oh man quadzilla is a killa. I think for you deadlifts might be the answer. Skip squats for a little bit. Also how is your coordination? If your cerebellum is under active the extensors won’t fire 🔥
