love this gentle, challenging practice. found both variations of oblique (sideplank) exercise very tricky though, difficult to hold the right form and not strain the upper ribs or ankles x

Hey! Much prefer when you record your voice with the mic while doing the work out with us, even if it's yoga. They way your breath is cues me on certain movements whereas when your voice is always at the same pace, I find myself needing to look at the video a lot more.

Shona, I love your videoa, but this one isn't very useful: first, it's too fast and definitely not for beginners (all those vinyasas and cross legged hops are not so obvious for the majority of us). Second, I believe it's either abs or yoga, you cannot have both... But you're lovely as always!
