Welcome. This beautiful centering integrative yoga practice is an opportunity to get to know yourself in a new way.
Understanding highly sensitive people (HSP) is an important topics - not to pathologize ourselves, but to know ourselves and care for ourselves.
Living in a traumatized body, dissociation leaving the body, numbing out the body to leave the pain (whatever it has been) was a really good tool at some point when experience was too much, but now ultimately brings unbalance to the body. When we begin to do the work and our bodies come back online, we may begin to feel new sensitivities, a new raw layer emerges. Here it may feel difficult, or overwhelming to be in the world.
This practice is a trauma informed tool for how to cope as highly sensitive person.

All the inner work i've been doing and i still have not totally understand where my anxiety was coming from...i know i am a highly sensitive person but i never considered my body was traumatized and the correlation. The body is coming back online, what a gift. Thank you for this practice and your guidance. Nothing is by accident, i found your page today with 'let the universe flow yoga'.

I learned that I have always been an HSP in 2019. Realizing this changed my life and I have been constantly trying to evolve my definition of sensitive. Sensitive is not a bad word and doesn’t mean that there’s something wrong with us, it just means that we are different and the volume of the world is often times too high for us. So many times I have been called a sensitive as an insult or to insinuate that something is wrong with me, but it can be such a blessing. How beautiful it is to feel more and more deeply. How beautiful is it to experience the world in such extreme detail? Learning how to take care of ourselves is important, as well as filling our lives with people who will respect our sensitivity, and not belittle it. This practice and you words mean a lot to me, Namaste echo❤❤

Wonderful practice and I enjoy the thoughts you share as well, thank you ♡ The one issue I had with this practice was that the audio was only coming out of my left earphones, and there was no sound from the right which made it a bit distracting/unbalanded 😅. I tried two different earphones and had the same issue. Perhaps the audio settings need to be tweaked? Once again, thank you for sharing your time and wisdom with us 🙏

@@_ourecho_ I'm not sure if it can be fixed on this video but maybe it's something to check when making the next video? Perhaps it's a mic issue, or maybe the sound channel could be duplicated for both left and right ears during editing? 🤔
