Thanks so much. Has some painful knots over the past few days. Massages were a temporary fix. But these stretches make me feel better. I’ll keep at it for a few days. I’m sure it will be all gone soon. Thanks 😊

I been suffering from Neck and Shoulder pain for 8 years now and this is the BEST Stretch I ever did! Because this actually targets my pain in the trapezius, almost every other stretch I tried out was horrible! Thank you for this beautiful video!!!!!

WOW! This is truly an amazing sequence. I haven't had relief from my super tight and painful trap area in so so long. I'm so incredibly grateful for this! Will be practicing this sequence daily. Thank you!!

Great job Terri! This routine is definitely a great place to start, but if you're looking for a little additional strength, I'd suggest working towards push-ups. You can begin with just scapula push-ups at first (on hands and knees, just sinking the chest up and down without bending the arms), then progressively move to modified push-ups on your knees, and perhaps eventually in a plank position. I hope that helps! 🍀
