I want to do some sort of meditation or yoga that involves mudras cuz they look cool lmdao and encourage me idk why What would be the best meditation or yoga? The reason I found kundalini is cuz they use mudras so it attracted me..... So what? Should I do chakra meditation and yoga and healing or should I just do basic mindfulness and use my own mudras instead of doing kundalini or chakra meditations healing and stuff! Random question: At night, when I’m going to sleep, I keep feeling my a cold air on my face. Now my face is rather hot and I feel cold air. Or my face is cold and I feel hot air idk what way round but it feels horrible lol. It puts me off sleeping it just makes me feel yuck I’ll. Is this a danger sign of getting into spirit work or something?

You may not feel anything when you do them at first because your body is not used to closed circuit energy flow, but hold a mudra long enough and you will begin to feel a nice tingling sensation at the connected tips of your fingers, followed by an orgasmic feeling of prana/chi around different parts of the body depending on which mudra is being held.

Can anyone practise these mudras? I mean senior citizens? You are prescribing sitting first in Vajrasana and then go about the procedure. How about the ones who are disabled from sitting in Padmasana or vajrasana due to hip replacement, knee replacement or surgery for fracture of lower or upper limbs? Can such persons also practise these mudras sitting comfortably in a chair or while lying on the bed in a supine posture? A clarification on this benefits a great multitude of people with limitations.

+laxmansarma R You can assume any seated or lying position *as long as your spine is straight.* A straight spine is the most important factor in all energy work and healing. If the spine is bent the prana gets stuck, which can cause more health problems.

+Abhijit Mondal you can boil water in a full jug then in morning when your stomach is empty... drink the whole water and vomit the whole water... by putting your finger inside a bit your throth for few sec till you feel like vommiting it will reduce a lot of gas problem.. or another technique is.. dry orange peel ka powder... ko gunguna pani me mix krk pi jaoo
