Resilience is often presented as an approach to cope with the intensity of life through developing a toughness and elevated bandwidth for more. But there is a softer side to being resilient that involves slowing down, listening and learning to rest.
In this webinar replay, Yoga Nidra teacher and author of The Book of Rest, James Reeves, will discuss how the practice of Yoga Nidra can help you:
- Discover that resilience is inherent within us: we have a natural ability to recover from stress without the need to do anything. By stopping, we can recover our wellbeing and the capacity to face life’s challenges.

I decided that instead of watching KZbin videos that deal with stress-inducing American politics I will devote that time to focus into calming states of mind. Seeing videos like this one and watching actual Yoga Nidra sessions is the great alternative. Thank you, James.
