I have RA and have listen to may yoga nidra guided meditation. I have been listening to Tanis for several months. This guided meditation relieves my pain and helps my body to relax like I don't think it ever has been able. All I can say is thank you. You have improved the quality of my life.

Thank you so much for having such a generous heart. I love the pace, your soothing yet commanding voice, and my body, mind, and spirit respondes in such a beautiful way. This practice takes me very deep and I find that so healing. Namaste'

Hardly have words to describe the deep unshakeable presence of silence that I experienced with this practice. It also seems to have stayed with me in my present everyday awareness. I am GRATEFUL

She makes up too many words for me to be able to listen all the way through - it’s nonsense. Also aware I’m in chronic pain and may be feeling a bit too grumpy.

There were no “made up words”. I believe you may be referring to the Sanskrit words which are not made up.

Too many high pitched S sounds and CH sounds, which are not calming.
