Thank you for this. I did not know that Upanishad meant dwelling next to the truth, and to be guided into this experience is a sacred blessing.

A robot can outline the body scan but only Tanis weaves wisdom into it like this. How is it I have participated in this so very many times and EVERY time I see a new depth? Honestly, there have been times I would have sworn it was tweaked from another version because all of a sudden I was breathing into a new place or relaxing a new area. Yours are the only yoga nidra I am really able to enjoy that are done with a female voice. Usually the pitch or speed of women’s voice is not relaxing to me and also your music is not too loud or active which would defeat the whole purpose. I am so very grateful. I’ll also be checking the website as I am interested in a version without any background sounds at all. This has helped me so very much to deal with physical and psychic pain. ❤

Hi Barbara, This recording should be ad free as the music is purchased by me. I am not sure what I can do on my end. I have all my recordings on the free meditation app called insighttimer. It might be a more stable platform for you to access the recordings.

@@tanisfishman-SchoolofSankalpa Timelessness and Rivers of light are the two I am using the default browser to open them. They are the ones with the adds. I tried finding you in insight…but it is very confusing to me. I’m not great at the internet.

What is the meaning of the phrase you repeat 3 times at the end of meditation?
@tanisfishman-SchoolofSankalpa3 жыл бұрын
Hi Barbara. This is the meaning: Hari Om Tat Sat 'Hari' represents the manifest universe and life 'Om' represents the unmanifest reality, the unseen, invisible, uncreated aspect of the absolute 'Tat Sat' That is truth. The unseen and the seen are both one.

Namaste ☀️I have so much appreciation and gratitude for this nidra. I do miss the ending... this practice of yoga nidra is now complete, hari om tat sat... It ends in a good place- come back into right relationship with your body... Just wondering if this was intentional? Mahalo, Tanis, for these deep and clear yoga nidras and guided meditations... eternal treasures troves of healing 🙏💗🙏
@tanisfishman-SchoolofSankalpa2 жыл бұрын
Namaste Spirit Flower. It should end with the mantra 'Hari Om Tat Sat'. I am not sure why it cuts off at 'right relationship with your body'. I end all my nidras with the closing mantra to close off the energy and call back anyone who has drifted from the present moment. You could use the dropbox link or check out my profile on InsightTimer. Blessings.
