Yoga Nidra means "yoga sleep," an invitation to leave stress and pressure behind and dive into a state of deep relaxation.
This particular yoga nidra practice will invite you to become more aware of your abdominal region, your vital organs, and the deep muscles within your abdominal cavity. It helps you to switch from survival mode (or fight-flight-freeze) to a rest & digest state that supports the regeneration of your body.
This meditative session will help you cultivate a sense of relaxation in the areas of the body where we tend to store stress.
You will deeply relax and remind yourself that a state of health and vitality is your natural state.
You can use this practice during the day or in bed when you're about to fall asleep.
