This practice is pivotal if you suffer from any form of pelvic floor dysfunction. If you have a condition related to pelvic floor hypertonicity, such as chronic pelvic pain, vaginismus, prostatitis, overactive bladder or levator-ani syndrome, you can benefit from this type of meditation.

Sorry about that! It's a short meditation. When I make the next one, I will make sure to have a little extended break at the end where the music winds down slowly so there is a gap before KZbin jumps on to the next meditation 👍
