I've been doing all three parts of your PCOS series and that has genuinely helped with my menses, this particular pilates and yoga combo is great for burning calories as well and relaxing after a stressful day. Thank you so much for these videos

I love ur pcos series,, but I can't do pilates, bcoz I always end up with low back pain So I'm doing ur pcos series..(except part 3 bcoz of pilates) part 1 on mon, tuesday Part 2 - wed, thurs So instead of part 3, can I try chandra namaskar on fri, sat..( I follow twisting fitness with jess for chandra namaskar)

44 minutes seriously? It felt like 10 mins. This is the first time in my life i did a 44 mins yoga without any discomfort or pain, i just didnt want it to end. Thanks a ton for uploading this video. It really helps me calm my mind and body. You are an angel.❤❤❤❤

Finally I'm here with my result I hv been doing your pcod series part1 to 3 for almost 1.5 months regularly.. day1- part 1 day 2-part 2 like this. I hv pcod from 2 years. And this worked for me i got my periods naturally after 40 days. Before that I was taking pills for periods to come.. then i stopped taking pills and did your yoga series + followed some restrictions like no junk food. Thank you sooooo muchhhh n i love you the way u explained everything and your voice is so soothing.. now I'll definately follow your yoga series for 3-4 months to regulate my periods.. 😘 please do more videos for Pcod. Thank you 💓😊

Thanks a ton for a video like this! It was much needed for a person like my who thought that yoga was not my cup of tea.. I was diagnosed with pcos last year.. and hv been searching for the best yoga routine to heal it as I don't want to rely much on meds. Thank God that I found your channel! This yoga+pilates video is bestttt for burning all the calories I gained due to my pcos as well as to heal the condition. Thanks a lot!

Wow it's so effective, I tried different yoga exercise for my pain during my menstrual period but this yoga exercise it's very effective, this month no more pain in my menstrual flow it really works. Thankyou so much I'm very blessed to found this yoga exercise.

This PCOS yoga is really helpful and kind of blessing. I have PCOS, From last 2 years I am on progesterone hormone and can’t get my periods without this hormone pill. I started doing PCOS yoga by akshaya Agnes and I did it for week and get my period without the pill. For last two months with yoga I got my periods without pill. And doing other cardio as well like walk (5-6000 steps) and following akshaya’s weekly charts which is combo of Pilates, cardio and yoga (personal training). I lost almost 16 lbs in last two months with regular yoga, exercise (5 days a week) and less carb no sugar diet. Yoga is helping me to control my stress as well. Looking forward to heal my fertility issues. Need Prayers and blessings ❤

She’s good at the soothing movements which I think helps with PCOS but I noticed her main yoga flow is kinda random and her movements are not smooth 😅 i still will follow her for part 4 just to know her pov lol

I have been doing Dumbbell Upper body on monday lower on tuesday , full on Wednesday, On Thursday and Friday, i am doing akshay’s pcos yoga, this routine has helped me balance my hormones and regulate periods along with good diet (even cheating once in a week)

Tbh, I wanted to thank you when I got my periods after 6months gap on the 4th day of starting ur yogasanas. But then I thought y not checking the efficacy? 😛.. and BOOMMM...i have been getting my periods regularly for 3months continuously. Dear Akshaya Sister, Thank You Very Much 🙏 I missed my periods for 2 month & I started doing yoga from "5th Nov" did Part 1 for few weeks & last week i did Part 2 & 3 as well & today i.e; " 5th Dec" ' I GOT MY PERIODS ' 🥺❤️ which was delayed by 56 Days. At some point I lost hope coz I tried period drinks & everything but nothing brought my periods back, I was frustrated so decided to cut off the junk & be patient with Yoga & I did every single day for a month so like you said "Yoga Definitely Did Wonders For My Body" I will continue to do yoga coz you made me to fall in love with yoga sis 🧘‍♀️😌. Nothing happend bro I continued it only for week because already I was following a yoga video of another KZbinr for more than a month and half but nothing happened So I shifted to work out but I had to induce my periods by taking pills This month too I didn't get it it's late by almost 1 week and I am not even doing any special workout but only walk because I have to manage my studies too

Hello, truly understand your situation. Main reason for hormonal imbalance is due to lack of proper lifestyle. You have to workout for better stimulation and blood circulation. You have to follow a healthy clean eating habits. You have to minimize stress in life and optimize sleeping patterns (7-8 hours every night) Even if one of this goes bad, PCOS symptoms will be persistent. Pls fix your lifestyle and keep moving 👍🏻 You will heal soon ❤️👍🏻 Pls note once you have to continue this for life. Not just for short term fix:)

@@MoveWithAgnes thank you very much Actually I am a night owl and I prefer studying at night because they are the most effective hours of my day and I sleep approx 4-6 hrs at night and I sleep 1-2hrs in the day Actually I even started intermittent but I cannot continue it for long because at night while studying my hunger distract me a lot And I have my tests every next day of almost 4-5 chapters( neet aspirant) and I often take break from my workout but walk while I am studying And when I start doing workout and yoga I am driven by anxiety that nothing is happening so long will it ever happen because I want a little hope in disguise to keep myself motivated My parents told me to continue my studies and think about pcod after neet 2023 but I am taking homeopathic medicine nowadays...

Yaaa i finally got my period due to you Akshaya agnes due to following your vdo.. i was so determined to not go to doctor for there worst contraceptive pills (im 18) i have massive side effects of that. @@Rebeldewayraluka You have to combine different workout and forms like pilates, cardio etc that i have on my channel to loose fat. Also in addition to eating in moderation and healthy 👍🏻 Basically for weight loss you have to workout 4-5 times a week doing various exercise forms.

I still couldn’t believe that I was doing all the PCOS series from past a week, feels so good. I was diagnosed with PCOS couple of years back. No periods until and unless I took a medicine. Hoping this series would help me as I am on my good balanced diet from a month now and walking for at least 30mins each day. Akshaya your are my Yoga mate. Absolutely! Conception has nothing to do with workouts. Infact you have to workout and be healthy to get pregnant .. Only when you become pregnant you have to do pregnancy workout.
