Had periods that lasted for a month, and my periods didn't come for a month or 2 because of PCOS. So I started changing my lifestyle. I slept as early as 10-11 pm. Then I started doing your PCOS workouts and surprisingly, my period became regular. I get periods every month unlike before. Thank you so much! You are the best! I don’t usually comment but I wanted to say that this is exactly what I needed. Some of these moves were refreshingly new to me. The entire workout had me sweating but I didn’t feel stressed like I have when doing other intense weight lifting workouts. I hope to incorporate this into my weekly practice.

Nice workout overall but it’s a little too fast with the transitions and each quite quick so time to move to next type of exercise as soon as you’ve got into the groove of one!

This is an endurance style training, hence the pace. Focus is more on getting the calorie burn. This is only workout style in my channel which is relatively on the pace. All my other videos or focus is only slow controlled movements.

My entire PCOS series are for lean pcos too. There is nothing magical videos separately for lean people. You have to do all styles but watch your calories intake so you don't lose weight. Other than that my videos and very nourishing and low impact and can be done by ALL.

I actually tried her videos, I too have pcos, I used to do her work out, yoga or pilates according to my mood and energy for almost 1 and a half month, now my period came after some 36 days(my cycle usually last for 120 days) I am still continuing the work out, so I hope this can definitely make a positive impact, may not be a fast one, so let's hope for the best

Weight loss happens 80% on diet (with calorie deficit) and 20% on exercise. Please read about it online. Exercise is only 20% that being said you have to be doing 2-3 days of cardio workouts in combination of yoga and pilates videos on my channel. Expecting for WEIGHT LOSS to happen with just one video is close to impossible. Also loosing weight holistically in a right way takes months and not days. Hope its clear. Good luck!
