Thankyouuu so much it happened that i see your channel last month and do the 1-3 parts of this hormonal imbalances yoga due to that I don’t have a period for almost 5 months because of a major stress but i trust you and I always read the positive comments on your channel to keep going then after almost 4 weeks of doing the part 1-3 and with prepare care and eating i got my period. I do also the during period yoga because its lessen the pain when I’m do it and no need to drink a tablet for the pain. Thankyouuu so much it also lighten my mood and not trigger my anxiety. I hope by doing this more often i will get my regular period.

Guys, i would like to share my experience, I was late about 3 weeks, but then I realized the problem I was having stresses over lots of things like weight gain and exams in school. I tried to cope my stresses and learned about eating mindfully. This yoga really helps me to cope my stresses. I also relax myself with ginger tea and binaural beats.

I am suffering from PCOS since my first monthly circal. 4 years ago when we planned a baby I have to take lots of madicine and injections..And due to my pcos we are again visiting doctor for second child .. doc ask me to do hard work and physical exercise with only folic acid this time .. I did only running , and your yoga session daily.. and I got both of line rad in my pregnancy test. Thank uh so much dear . God bless uhh.

I have been practicing this yoga since four months with proper diet and lifestyle and this month I got my period exactly on d day I hd last month. From ages was suffering from PCOS never got my periods so early thank you so much this is really a magic I was waiting to write comments like others and finally my day hs come ❤️. Hello.. PCOS is a lifestyle condition you have to workout everyday for 20 - 30 mins. And these PCOS yoga videos have various different asanas to regulate symptoms. You have to be doing them all. I put up various videos to kill the boredom. Not one video will fix the condition:) So pick one video everyday. Fitness is for life and if you stop working out you are prone to revert back the symptoms
