1 simple trick is that ,Please stop googling up your symptoms. It causes anxiety and depression. You'll Be caught up in a loop and stressed as hell which eventually will lead to secretion of enormous amount of stomach acid. Things to eat 1.Lots of buttermilk (with less salt) 2. Pomegranate juice. 3. Mosambi juice 4. Tender coconut 5. Fish boiled or with less spice 6. Boiled veggies(A lot) 7. Broccoli 8. Cabbage 9. Cauliflower 10. Apple 11. Egg whites 12. Boiled green gram 13. Lots of Curd. 14. Ghee rice 15. unsalted butter(swallow it) 16. Avacado 17. Amla juice(definitely not concentrated) 18. Lots of greens 19. All types of veggies 20. Oats 21. sprouts 22. Fenugreek water 23. Walnut 24. jeera water 25. Sunflower seeds 26. Papaya 27. Melons 28. Raddish 29. Turnip 30. Sabja seeds • Remember to have with less spice • Avoid milk • Avoid gas forming foods • Reduce the amount of carbs • Eat at proper time • Eat 6 times small meals. • Relax your body and mind • Prefer Coconut oil(Cold pressed) and Olive oil • consume lot of fruits • Stop overthinking •Most importantly avoid eating outside. Prepare your own food •Chew a lot • Concentrate on the food • don't exercise after meal • Drink a glass of warm water after meal •walk atleast 20 mnts after each meal. • Drink lots of water on empty stomach in the morning Note : Am a fighter too.... Seriously !! It’s crazy how this can be a thing and it can ruin you. It’s important to stay positive and remain calm. As time goes it will heal but don’t fall back into bad eating habits or it will come back. Thanks for the tips! I’ll try some of them out!

All praises be to God. I released gases the moment I did the posture and I felt so relieved. I did it for 10 minutes although I stopped once in the last 3 minutes because it was a bit painful. But then to my surprise, after I relaxed my body physically, I cried like I have been holding things for so long (maybe). So many emotions were felt. Thank you so much, madam. Bad posture can aggravate reflux because it puts pressure on the stomach. Our culture today, with everyone constantly looking down on a phone screen, only makes things worse. Yoga (like for example this video) is the perfect method to improve your posture. i suffer from GERD too, am trying out Yoga and I think it makes a difference after a few days, I already sit up more straight. Wishing you (us) luck with recovery!! Always believe, it will get better!!

I'm going to do this every time I feel acid rise into my throat. But need to do my part. I need to avoid foods like onions, cooked tomatoes, peppermint, etc. Also need to eat smaller portions before bedtime. These behaviors are a struggle to change. Thanks for posting!

After doing this just once for 10 min I felt an odd sinking sensation in my abdomen, like a rock dropping. I think my diaphragm released and my stomach moved back to where it’s supposed to be. I have significantly less acid reflux symptoms after 3 years of medication on and off that did not work, painfully restrictive diets and searching down multiple dead ends as to the reason for my relfux…it was stress from a traumatic experience all along holding chronic tension in my diaphragm. Along with the liver meridian clearing exercises, I have found tremendous relief. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!!! I am still shocked and amazed it was such a simple answer after years of suffering.

Posting this comment after doing this for 5 days. Yes, it is working miraculously. I have less acid reflux and some relief in my chest area. Doing it before bed has resulted in very sound sleep after about 2 years. My anxiety is gone, bad breathing has decreased, and my digestive system is getting better. I will update after 10 days. So, I''ve been doing this exercise for almost a month now. So far, it still hasn't helped my stomach problem (diagnosed with dyspepsia), but it does help reducing the: - shoulder blade pain, I no longer need to ball massage my shoulder daily - lower back pain, at least there is less popping sound everytime I lay flat - back knee pain, no throbbing pain anymore I think this exercise really help releasing the blocked energy in the body. And the sweat from doing this exercise is equal to stretching 30min. Will keep doing this exercise. Thank you to the creator 💚

Hi Linda, Anything to help Very Dry Eyes? No more acid reflux.I spent an hour almost every night doing all your GI exercises for 3 weeks. I do not take Omeprazole anymore. I know that I can eat garlic and onions again. Changed my diet, with fruit and veggies, carbs, portion controlled, and not eating too much. This is awesome! I made it about 8 minutes before my legs almost gave out, but I feel some relief already. Ive been in gastic distress of some sort for about a week now - acid reflux, esophageal spasms, pain swallowing, lots of deep burping. Chest pain that feels like a heart attack and then severe ear pain, headaches, fever, and nausea on top of it. I have no idea what brought it on, but it's been a nightmare. This has provided tremendous ease both mentally and physically. I'm grateful for this channel and this video. Whoa! Im so glad I found this video! Im suffering from acid reflux for weeks and I dont want to take any PPI and antacids. Im on my 4th day now and all I can say is thank you! I cried the first time I did this not because of the physical pain but more of emotions that traps in me. I do this Yoga every morning after my graveyard shift and before eating breakfast. It really works! You just need discipline and determination. We can beat this acid!

( I did the Acid reflux pose before, but I thought it didn’t work)I did this with the gastrointestinal massage, abdominal massage 3 weeks, the blockage on my abdomen became so prominent, the compacted stomach got looser, still was taking Omeprazole which didn’t stop the acid. the Acid reflux pose was the one that gave me immediate relief (though it took 2 hours.) I was already eating healthy, taking ACV, but your exercises helped me a lot. Diet, stress n anxiety control, exercise, massage. Thank you very much Linda for all the information you give us. You know the body more than the doctors do.

Woah. I knew i had a rib out but this just intensified where the pain was. Did about 4 minutes, took a breather, then finished with you. My whole body is shaking. But it freely amazing after. I can feel some opening and the lump in my throat is lower. Doing this again EVERY DAY!

Hi 😂I am new here looking forward using your techniques in my little girl she is seven all of sudden she is having so much problems with acid. Plus her asparagus doesn’t close properly is another was told her lungs is bit swollen. She is in so much pain because of acid constantly coming out even food. So I am so careful now. This is my second day doing this, the first day I couldn't hold the pose for the 10 minutes, I was able to hold it today! I'm a fitness instructor and I found holding a pose much more challenging than any exercise I do. I found your videos a couple of weeks ago and love them! I use them as part of my morning routine. I usually pick 2 or 3. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I've had a blockage on my left side since then. I'm over my surgery and treatment but can feel the blockage. If these exercises, breathing, tapping and poses can help give me some relief, I will be forever grateful.

Thank you so much for this. After suffering for 18 months with acid reflux and heartburn and trying every which way with my diet, mealtimes and amount of food (and no meds, please avoid everyone!!), I just know this exercise is going to help me fix it! Done it twice now and feel a benefit already. I had recently come to realise it is all to do with my posture and the functioning of the LES and caused by years of sitting incorrectly in front of a computer and not sitting upright enough during and after eating causing the compression you mention. I shall do this for a week (or more!) and report back! THANK YOU FOR PUTTING THIS OUT XXXXX

Just did this posture for 10 minutes straight. I felt shoulder pain while doing this posture and knees pain after the workout. I hope that is normal. The good thing is I could feel my acid reflux improving.

Just finished 2 antibiotic treatments and out of nowhere swollen tonsils pain from my stomach straight up to my chest. Never knew reflux was this bad. After doing your routine I have immediate relief. Will definitely do this 3 times a day. The energy was so real. Your a blessing🙏❤ Thank You

Hi, I am suffering from pretty bad GERD for a couple of weeks now and I did this exercise for the first time. I couldn't hold it for more than a few minutes. I had to keep coming up for 10 seconds every few minutes. I am feeling pretty good right now. I will continue doing it every day and follow up on this in a week. Thank you for sharing

@@ayushiarora5062 I am perfectly fine now. The exercise gave a lot of relief, although it didn't solve the underlying condition. I attribute getting fine to this exercise and a diet rich in probiotics. Also, took some antibiotics for stomach infection

Hi there, Iam having bad Gerd attack from two weeks I got hospitalised too I got discharged with nausea medication and famotidine but still having occasional attacks, I dont have any infections endoscopy and all tests came negative how long does your GERD took to cure may I know the details please. @@sowmyam214 I am completely cured now, eating as ever before. It took me 2-3 months to get in pretty good shape, but after about 8 months, I was completely fine. These exercises definitely help, but there were some other things that helped me a lot, mostly diet. I will mention some general points here: 1) Eat lots and lots of curd. There was a time I was eating 0.5 kg curd a day. Curd has a lot of probiotic bacteria which really helps with destroying pathogens and soothes the stomach burn as well. I am tall and weigh 75 kg, so you can adjust accordingly. 2) Eat one soft-boiled apple, a few water-soaked raisins, dates, amla everyday. These are all basic foods and counteract the excess acidity. 3) Reduce salt intake. I was on a no salt diet for 1 whole month. 4) Consume zero alcohol, zero spice in foods. Eat bland rice, dal and boiled vegetables for lunch, and just eat roti pieces soaked in a milk bowl, like cornflakes, for dinner. 5) Loads of fresh coconut water, if possible. 6) Regular exercise like simple walking for 30 minutes. I followed a very strict regime for two months and it took some time in the beginning but after two months, I was able to add some spice and variety to my foods. I continue to eat a lot of curd every day, but that's because I like it. I am completely healed, took some ayurvedic medicines, not a lot. I hope you feel better soon.

I tried this OMG it worked. I was suffering from indigestion which was causing so much pain in my upper abdomen. My ears are slightly inflamed and it released tension there too.

1. I tried this for one week, it is working. 2. Surprisingly i got another benefit, when I bring hips down in such a way that knee bend is very less that is @25%what you have demonstrated, it reduced my knee pain to great extent. (If knee bend is more then there is increase in knee pain) Thanks

I'm hurting...😆 But I felt most pain in my left side of my head. Then that went away some. Now my arms. I was wobbling though. I do have that acid tonight. It seemed to help. Oops forgot to do the stretch. I admit I had to stop 2-3 times. 😁 But I kept going. It goes to show. I need to do more Yoga. 😁☺️ I can kind of feel that in my stomach. 💖 I feel relief, warmth in my legs and achyness. I definitely will keep doing this. Will teach me balance too. Few seconds later. Feel pretty good. This is on my schedule everyday.

Hello! I cannot thank you enough!! I am so happy to report that I made it for the entire 10 minutes, and I did feel some relief in my diaphragm area that I've never felt before. I've tried this prior to tonight, but didn't make it the entire time. I will be doing this for the next 7 days. I've been suffering with hiatal hernia for more than two years, and this exercise has truly helped!! I've also enjoyed your vagus nerve video!! You're an amazing teacher! Hello! I'm doing pretty well, thanks! This particular exercise did help make more room in my solar plexus area, however, I ended up experiencing some serious pain in my left shoulder from keeping my arms raised so long. I have stopped doing this exercise for now, but I hope to try it again in the near future. The thing that has helped the most in recent months, is drinking a glass of diluted ACV ( 1 tablespoon, with the mother) each morning on an empty stomach. This is a very common, but very difficult challenge!! Wishing everyone quick healing!

Wow! This really helped my symptoms! I couldn’t do the full 10min and I had to rest my arms about 8 min in but I’m for sure doing this everyday. As I was in the pose I felt my stomach gurgling like it was opening up and things were moving. A little gross but it gave me immediate relief

@@NoItDoesntChange Much better. I no longer take PPIs. Only Aloe Vera juice before meals. But I stopped doing the exercise in this video since I didn't find much of an improvement. I stuck to diaphragm breathing exercises. Plus, every morning and night I do an exercise where I lay down flat and knees bend, then I place my fingers gently below the left diaphragm breathing slowly for 10 minutes while I keep the back slightly arched. The trick is to get the stomach to fall back to its original position, and strengthen the diaphragm muscles so that the LES will function the way it should. Doctors will say it's not possible, and only surgery is. Don't believe them. People have healed themselves. Losing weight is also essential.

Not after eating that’s for sure I got diagnosed with acid reflux last week and on the papers my doctor gave me there are several guidelines one of them was no exercising 2-3 hours after you eat
