Belive me, this has helped me a lot. Even if there is accidity problem, you can cure it by doing 15 mins yoga. Nothing else will help or cure acidity problem unless you do this.

Lemon contains Citrix Acid, even though seeing this it makes everyone thinks, that it's acidic, but it's actually has an alkaline PH. When you take it, it makes your body Alkaline thereby help fight acidity (This has been clarified by our Corporate Head Dietician)

Namaste Abiji, Keeping the digestive system clean helps and a proper diet is very important. Drink ample of liquids throughout the day like lemon water, butter milk etc., (not just plain water). Practicing Jivha Mula Shodhana Kriya will also help. Start your day with lukewarm water mixed with lemon and honey on an empty stomach. You should also include Pranayama Anuloma Viloma (alternate breathing exercise) in our routine as it helps to de-stress and keeps the acidity in check. Yours in Yoga.

@@serenafu9183 Yes...it is helpful ..i am doing it ! apart from that 5 things help me...1.dont take tension or think more on any subject...bcz nothing going to change by thinking but acidity or GRED will go up my past health issue & long term medication n relationship issue is killer...i use to get acidity like any thing 2. Watch for food ( avoid Spicy / nonveg if possible ) & time of food , eat in part part 3. Morning 45 min sun walk & after dinner 1 hour walk 4.Some Breathing excercise will boost you 5.7.30 pm dinner is best time & after dinner chew small amout cumin seed & warm water....will definitely help you...this is my experience ! take care...hope it will help you !

CHANDRESH Thank you so much for your speedy response. I am a senior Grandma. Suffered GERD for 20+ years. Doctor just want me to take PPI daily, I only take it as needed. Lately my urine has white blood cell which maybe caused by Pepcid ( all stomach medicine can do that) prompt me to look elsewhere. These few days my upper back hurts (mine symptom includes this) , and bleaching too. I tried other exercise and pressure point pressing. This morning came across this video and wondering.
