Loved them all, but Happy Baby Pose is just what my body needed today. A close second would definitely Deer Pose though, it was fun because I had never tried that variation.

I just returned to the gym yesterday after a couple weeks of the holidays, being sick, and dealing with grief. My leg day was pretty brutal since my body wasn't used to the movement and this really helped me ground myself and just relax and ease some tension. Thank you so much for this

Excellent as always! I like cow legs, it gets deep into my glutes. The only thing that it’s tough on is the male anatomy. 😊🌞🌳
