Such a simple exercise which made me feel more centred and energised. It's also a great foot strengthening exercise during lockdown when you can't get out for a long walk. The yellow flowers look like a halo of light beaming from you. Actually, it is so appropriate as you do shine warm light into your sessions. Thank you.

@@jaycuttill300, I , too, am making my way to Crone (hopefully only 288 more days to go!), currently in the "hot flashes" space. What a crazy journey, right?! Getting older is not for the weak. ;) I don't know if you've tried Mariya's menopause form for a deep liver cleanser, (link below), but I can tell ya, IT FREAKING WORKS WONDERS. I'm not as strong as she is in holding the pose, so I prop myself up with a block under my hips. If the swan position becomes too stressful on my hips or I lose balance, I place my back leg in giraffe pose, as instructed by another Kundalini guru I personally practice with. It seems to give me the same results. I started this with doing 9 full body breaths on each side and have become stronger in holding the pose longer. Still working on getting to the full 9 minutes on each side. Another simple, but effective Ayurvedic liver cleanse is taking a shot (about 2oz) of good quality olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice in equal amounts. You can do this before bed or first thing in the morning if you tend to eat closer to bed time. The better the liver's health, the less intense the hot flashes will be. Hi Mariya Satnam I am from India and have been diagnosed 3 years back with Acromegaly due to a Macroadenoma in my Pituitary. Much against common practice i didn't go for surgerical removal of the tumor but rather am on Homeopathic treatment with some decent progress. I still have some journey to make hence searched for Yoga and meditation practices where i found this lovely video. Can i also do the exercise shown and is there something more i should do to completely shrink the tomour. Thanks in advance

Balancing the gland will help the overall balance of all hormones secreted, managing stress overall via yoga and meditation helps balance all aspect of your wellbeing, however, don't forget this is the yogic and holistic perspective and any specific health issues should always be addressed by your doctor.

Hi. I just found out today, I have a lump below one of my earlobes - right one. Last night I listened to a long third eye opening sound on the internet. I was wondering if it's bcuz of the video I listened to or bcuz these says are very hot and tiring. Also I'm under medication for low iron levels, not too low tho. Also excess pooping, not sure but maybe I've poor nutrient absorbing capacity and digestion. I am concerned rn. Worried if it's some salivery gland blockage or even tumor or cancer. Please suggest something.
