Hi,
This practice is a perfect way to finish your run or just to add it to the workouts of the week for the best recovery. The class will leave your full body relaxed and stretched out after an intense training. We will stretch, flow, breathe and roll. You will need some props but if you don't have any of them still enjoy the class with a few modifications. Hope you will come back to this class more often for a best results.
