Remember in this challenge to drink tons of water, get lots of sleep and rest at night, and also to eat as clean as possible! Also make sure you listen to your bodies for guidance. My motivation is there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun ...Christopher McCandless. This workout is challenging every cell within me, and still I rise. This is teaching me how to remain patient in the midst of adversity and to keep pressing forward. I'm halfway through this 14 day challenge (and I'm bold enough to do the Brazilian Butt Lift 14 day challenge simultaneously) and although I'm exhausted, I feel stronger within. Thanks for this, Juliana & Mark, I appreciate you for releasing amazing content and taking time out of your personal lives to truly impact the lives of those around you. You are loved.

Revisiting this challenge almost exactly a year after I started it last time - so unbelievable how much the world and personal self has changed since starting last year. We were all so unaware of what was to come at the start of 2020.

I’ve been doing your videos for just over a year now, and what I’ve always enjoyed is how short these vids are, which allow you to ‘build’ your own combinations of exercises using 2-4 of your videos together. I train with your videos daily, and it never gets boring because I chop and change which of your videos I do, depending on whether I want to focus on abs, splits or a whole body workout. I just tried this one out, and love this flow! Could barely do the initial tricep press up lol but the rest was just about ‘manageable’. Thanks for continuing to put out new vids which makes me want to push and improve my strength and balance each day 🥰 Happy new year to you both! 🤗🌟

Hello, so I have been embarking on this challenge for a week now and I am here to tell anyone who decides to do it, you got this, here has been my experience so far (I will be updating everyday of the challenge) Day one: 🔥💪🏼 honestly had trouble with it but I progressed I was sweating A LOT because I haven’t done Pilates or yoga in months it was a struggle to feel calm, I definitely had many struggles completing the elbow plank I did it but had to quickly fall then got back up and continued. (This continued on for the next few days). Days 4-5: I noticed in specifically this yoga video I was starting to get stronger in different excersises in the beginning the side planks on my right side are easier than my left 🤔 however the leg toning oh my god was I burning but at the end of workouts I felt strong 💪🏼 all of you got this and if u feel like stopping g remember to keep pushing through slowly u will get better, you will see it get better 🙂. Day 6: 💪🏼 I feel good the ab express oof it was good but the side planks get me. The 2020 video was similar experience to day 5 but I did manage to do the full elbow plank only falling at “ one second left” Day 7: (angelic sound) it was really good because u didn’t have to do any really hard cardio it was a nice treat to end the first week. If anyone wants something to look forward to a video out of all for week one it’s this days one 😊 I had also noticed a slight change on my stomach I wish I had measured myself to see any difference but definitely feel and see a difference I’m not bloated. Lasting motivation: stick with it your mind and body will thank you for it 🙂 good luck. Day 8: doing this video is easier and my side planks are improving as well as my balance 😁🙂

Day 9: that full body burn made my core burn but the yoga 2020 video is getting better it’s still the same as before but I feel more confident as I am able to do workouts longer and longer 🙂💪🏼. Day 10: I did it 🙌 the to omg workout was pretty good and the 2020 video was ok I struggled with my left side planks but was better with my right side anyone else dealt with a similar obstacle 🙂 overall I’m feeling proud. Day 11: when it can’t to this video my left side was super weak while my right side was strong as my side planks were a struggle overall today was an ok day. Day 12: my arms were burning after the arm workout but so worth it Day 13: the 2020 workout really is going faster now but I’m wondering if it’s normal that I am at different paces with my left and right side planks? Today was an ok day 🙂. Day 14: the best workout to end this journey it left me feeling really good 😁😊❤️❤️❤️

It's incredible... I'm at the 8th day of the challenge. When I started, it seemed impossible, while now everything is easier. I still can't do everything perfectly, but I've noticed how my body has increased in only 8 days. Thank you so much, Juliana and Mark. You're teaching me that I can always go over my limits. I just finished one of her pilates challenge, which dates from 2017, (the one with her "mermaid" top and pink leggings). An old one but still oh so effective !! One of my favorite. I've been doing it a few times and got into this one today ! Surprise! It is rather easy for me! I see the comments and tell myself that I think I have finally reached another level 😊💚 What pride. 🙏We don't see progress all the time, but it's always there when we work hard

I needed A MONTH to finish this 2-week-challenge. Just as Juliana said: listen to your body. I did, and I split the daily workouts because I wasnt strong enough... yet! Now, with me being so in love with this Challenge and being SO SUPER PROUD of myself for not beating up on myself because I couldnt make both videos in one day, and being SUPER PROUD of not quitting: I will now do the Challenge all over again. I am stronger, fitter and know my body better now. I am so grateful for you guys... "..and lets begin."

Thank you! I found that the first exercise with the push up the hardest, I can’t even do one properly. But I have to tell myself this is my day one here, like Juliana said, i will get there if I stick to it. Also, I found this 15 went by faster than I expected. Day 5 here: I was able to do the push ups at the beginning with my knees off the ground today. It does get easier when you keep training! Thank you Boho!

I feel I have to write this comment. Before pandemic I was going to gym once and I took boxing class once in a week. During the quarantine I started to workout with your videos 2 in a week and then i though why not every day. Long story short 1 month ago I couldn’t do side planks probably. But now as you keep saying, with the patience I can do it and feeling so happy. Thank you🙏🏻 .

Day 1: I can't even completed the yoga workout, but I'm proud because I can do just 15 minutes and that's good for me Day 2: I do the entire yoga workout, I take some variations in some positions, I'm really happy Day 3: I do the hole video, but some postures were dificult

Yes, I agree, the voice is always before the movements, which means you just have to chose to really focus on doing the movements at the same time as she does, or else really focuse on yourself and do the movements at the same paste as the audio. But anyway, still an incredible and very appreciated video. :)

Yeah!! I’m half way there! These past 7 days have been a challenge indeed. Day 2 I was sore in places I didn’t even know existed. Day 4 & 6 were the days I had to push even when I felt like giving in. Today my body feels stronger; looking forward to the next half🤞🏾Thank you so much for providing this challenge♥️

This is an amazing workout! I'm not a routine kinda person but I do this diligently everyday as it doesn't feel like a routine, I can feel my body improving everyday, it feels different everyday. Greetings from Samara, Yesterday I actually finished your Retreat program and I feel fantastic. It really taught me to focus and realign my internal clock. Today's workout was challenging, but enjoyed every minute of it. On a side note we are in Costa Rica until Feb 6 actually. We went to the refuge to see the monkey in Nosara last Saturday, Sunday we went to see the Makaw refuge also and yesterday we had a wonderful lunch at Luv Burger but your friend was not there. So sad, I wanted to meet him. Thanks for all your recomendations and workouts. Love and Light, Namaste.

I know I'm late to this challenge but it is so amazing! Today is the first day (day 6 of the 2 week challenge) where I held my side planks and forearm plank for the whole time. So proud of myself I can't wait to see what week 2 brings. Thank you so much for this amazing content :)

Just and update for myself. I stopped doing this late 2021 and I thought about it the other day. I am starting fresh, failing because of how out of shape I am but letting myself fail. I will come back and try again the next day until I have the same discipline and consistency as I did in 2021. I think I can do it❤❤

thank you so much for this schedule! ive been watching you every day since last june & when i started back then - the pilates workouts felt dastardly. the past week ive come back to them and realized they are no longer so painful. challenging, yes, but in a way that makes me proud. so its perfect timing for me to actually begin supplementing the yoga with pilates. i admire you guys so much. thank you for taking the time to put together these videos - literally no other channel can compare. (everyone else TALKS SO MUCH ABOUT EVERY SINGLE MOVE - yall have a little more faith in our ability to intuit)

Wow - 2min30secs in and the chaturanga into triceps pushup whatever that was - impossible!! but other than that - great workout - I used 2 blocks under each hand for most of it - really helps for any other beginners like me!

Hello ♥️ your yoga videos are amazing. That’s what I’ve been using for my yoga practice for the past year. I have a request, it would be nice if you did a video on Asana yoga. There’s literally nothing on KZbin, and also it would be so helpful if you named your yoga videos after it’s practice like there’s one you did on vinyasa yoga. At least I know I can do Vinyasa yoga lol but most of them are not named after their yoga practice so it makes it hard for me to know what exactly I’m doing, or what yoga I’m practicing. Knowing the name of the practice allows me to do more research. It would be so helpful to do so, because that way, we know what yoga practices we are doing and what else we need to learn. I’d truly appreciate this 💕

This was the first ver challenge we did of yours. It was the middle of lockdown when my sister introduced your videos to my mom and I. Since that day, we've been religiously following your videos and I can't tell you how much they've helped us. My mom suffered from knee pain and it was gone within a month. One of legs was actually a little taller than the other because of my hips and that got ficed itself. My mental health, strength and well being has increased so much and that's all because of you. Thank you so much for inspiring us and making our lives better. P.S. I once applied for a video editing job you were hiring for but I didn’t hear from you. Anyways we love you ❤️❤️

I do those classes when I need more of a challenge. Quite harder than most yoga workout you can find online. I like it. I would however really enjoy stretching and yin classes a bit more often :)

Day 1 : I just come out of my final day of Chloe Ting 14 days shredded program. Now Its time for some boho 2 weeks challenge. This workout was great, no cardio but it still felt great. I know where I will improve : side plank. Anyways I loved it. Exactly what I need to workout, get toned, flexible, and relaxed oh God. The yin yoga video was THE BEST !!! I loved it so much. Thank you Juliana and Mark I love you so much for everything you are and do. Bless you Day 2 : I loved the first workout even though it was so tough omg ! I felt so sore in my arms and core tonight. I loved it ! Juliana you are my inspiration regarding body strength, flexibility, traveling and heart ! I love you ! Thank you for those amazing practices, they are my favorites ! Break day : I was so sick.. Day 3 : I took my time to workout today, I was scarred of what I would have to do while working out. I did it first in the morning anyways and I am proud of myself. It was tough but I pushed through so many postures ! I love myself, I am so happy ! Day 4 : Oh God, I loved it. It felt so tough and I ACTUALLY LOVED IT ! I loved noticing myself pushing even more each time. I already feel stronger and I could do an entire flow which makes me so proud of myself. Video on legs was greaaaat and so fast ! I loved today's workout so much, thank you. Day 5 : I am so sore in my whole entire body, especially my arms and abs, I love that feeling. Today I workout very first thing in the morning, I think I will do so in the future. I can't feel my arms right now lol. I feel reeeaally angry for some unknown reason, maybe toxins getting out of my body. Anyways I still pushed through it today, and more than previous days. The side planks are challenging, I aim to do them without stopping and with full ease. Thank you loves. Day 6 : Day 1 of periods. They were really painful, but I still did the first workout video, then the abs one I did half and some yoga moves throughout. Then I went to sleep because of the pain and me not wanting to take medications. FOLLOWING 7 DAYS OF FLUE WHICH KEPT ME IN BED Day 7 : Great yin yoga. Exactly what I needed. Thank you. Day 8 : Great practice. I feel stronger for sure, I believe even stronger than before I got the flue. Its great. I loved it ! Day 9 : It was great. Helped me clear my mind which I keep too often occupied. I let go now. I trust the process, God, my destiny and my happiness. I worked out harder today. I feel so proud of myself. I feel so strong. In my arms, oh God. I feel them stronger, my abs also. My flexibility has increased. I feel so much grateful. I am blessed. Thank you. Day 10 : WHOAH. God. Today must have been the toughest so far !!! And I enjoyed it sooooo much.I am understanding my body. I notice it can do incredible things today ! Practicing, enjoying, and letting go. I can reach everything ! Thank you Day 11 : I feel so much strong in my arms for the first history of working out of me ! I am soooo happy. It feels like effortless now but God knows how much effort I put in there. And also I feel like with your exercises I get stronger easier for some reason. I enjoy working out with your videos so much !! I held the plank the whole time and I also did the side plank easier ! I am so happy, strong and a new better version of myself ! Bless you Day 12 : Wohaw. Today I felt really tired. Didn't think of working out but didn't also feel like letting one day of the challenge be wasted. Did the first video, loved it. And followed with the second of the program. I am so proud of myself. I know I have become stronger in my arms, legs, flexibility, overall body. I feel so happy to actually do yoga everyday and love it that much. My goal now is to practice it first or second thing in the morning, and let a night session be random and relaxing. Day 13 : Babysitting day. I had no time to me but still I made my lil cousin do the first video with me. It was fun and she sure felt amazed seing me doing those things with my flexible legs. Now I feel I have truly improved. I am so happy. I also I watched the amount of fat in my body : I have 13% which means I have lost a lot of it ! And my arms, Gosh my arms they feel so strong !!!!! Day 14 : CHALLENGE DONE. WOUHOUUUUU !!! I feel proud of myself for following everything through. And I am a billion times grateful to you for creating a content I enjoy ! Regarding my body I still feel the fat around my stomach, I ate quite some junk lately. It's ok. I made peace with my body. I only want the best for it now. I am strong and fitter now ! Thank you again both loves. Bless you AFTER A 5 DAY BREAK I AM BACK WITH A NEW SET OF THIS CHALLENGE Day 1 (aka 15) : Wow. It felt quite weird at first, I thought I would feel week, but hey for some reason my body was like yeah we are back and ready to do much harder things than before ! It seemed easier. I feel so much stronger now. Its amazing. I love yoga. Thank you. Another 5 day break Day 2 : Quite challenging today. I felt somehow lazy during my workout. I took it slow but I a made it through so far. and that's all that matters. I am making the effort of coming back again, and I love it. With discipline, practice and CONSISTENCY I am achieving my goals and dreams and becoming me. Thank you for these beautiful landscapes ! Love you.

I'm sorry I didn't update you earlier but here I am. This has been a beautiful start of the year! It was very challenging for me because I wasn't moving my body for a really long time.. At the beginning I was finding it difficult to do basically every move but at the end of it I felt really strong and could complete every video without taking breaks or modifications. I've kept on doing other yoga videos and omg guys I never felt so confident in my body. Thank you so much Mark and Juliana.

Great workout.Thank you so much. I have completed The Ultimate Pilates 21 and another challenge. It was way easier having schedule under the video so we could open second video by clicking the link. I don't quite like this new schedule, where I have to look for the second video class myself. My sweat cools down lol. If it is possible, Please keep the schedule under the video as before.=)

I just discovered your channel and stumbled upon this Yoga Workout Challenge 2020... I am hoping this will give me a more productive sense of purpose during this lockdown. This is amazing. I’ve been sticking at it for a few weeks now. Have missed a few days when on my period as I tend to do more yoga then but yeah I’ve definitely noticed an improvement and this is my go-to work out this year until I’ve nailed all the exercises.

This one is tough. I can see why it is done every day with another. I hope it is not terrible that I modify through this. I go to my knees for puppy or modified dolphin or even in the planks because I can feel my back in my scoliosis. In plank I first try my feel and when I feel discomfort I move to my knees. My arms also get very shaky and tired and about give out. I hope I get stronger through this daily and am able to keep up with the video postures by the end of two weeks. Thank you so much for this I needed a switch up in my routine.

Man, this was a killer YOGA routine, I'm a pretty fit individual, I do HIIT and strength training workouts 4-6 times a week and for some reason, your YOGA workouts always seem to be a challenge and KICK my BEHIND! Thanks for a tough and KICK BUTT workout!!

Thanks for the new challenge - great way to start the year. Juliana - I would love some advice. When one side of your body is stronger than the other - should your focus be on achieving strength on the weaker side and holding back on your stronger side - so that you achieve greater balance? Or pushing yourself and working to your different capabilities on each side? Many thanks

I still die on that part every time. I drop to my knees to do this one and it has helped me build that arm strength. Last night, I stayed on plank pose and did 4 pushups, then dropped to my knees. Every step counts towards your personal development, this is YOUR practice.

I've been doing at least one of the boho beautiful videos every day since the first week of March and I still can't do these Pilate triceps push-ups! I am def stronger but these will take time to work up to!

Whatever you can do is a triumph! I couldn't do them either for the longest time, but a year later of doing these workouts I went back and it was tough but it was possible for me. Focus on being good to yourself ad feeling your amazing body do it's thing and you'll achieve more than you thought possible.
