I love this practice! Its my favorite poses with great flow. ( and my six-month-old allows me to do it in this time.) Donna your a great instructor, I rarely have to look at the screen!

Oh wow that arm balance in this one is challenging! I can't get into yet which is a bummer but that gives me something to work toward. Anyway, I absolutely love your practice! I've been doing your videos for months now and I've learned so much from you. I like to do this one early in the morning when my body needs time to wake up. Namaste!

Thanks Donna. A great one for me, bit too challenging for me on arm poses but otherwise great and gives me something to aim for :-) I took extended poses on pigeon and chavasana and threw in a couple of inversion practices too.. Thanks!

+Paul America you comments crack me up!! :) No BS Yoga I love it! There are plans for more videos I promise! I opened my own studio last year with Kate Taylor who also has classes on Efit30. its been CRAZY so vids have taken a back seat, but yes we def will as we love doing them! in the meantime please don't stab your eyes out! haha Hope you can keep up your practice and get a little stretchier in those tight spots and thanks for the feedback on longer holds! Liked this a lot, thanks! A good workout but not too hard. I have done a fair amount of yoga but out of shape, so this was a good balance for me of poses I could do (most) and some to work towards (arm balance).

I enjoy your videos so much but the only exercise i can do without feeling frustrated is the one where you work your side body. your other workout videos are so difficult. i always "fail" in twisting my body the way you do. Do you think i should stick to theses workouts to get better or do you think i should start with easier yoga workouts? Greetings from Germany :)

oldkozmicblues Both actually, you will get better and it will surprise you. Also it is a good idea not to just do the same routine continuously. We all have our favorites but you will work the same muscles and not challenge yourself to improve. Namaste and thanks for watching.

This is not intermediate level. I was disappointed, it is significantly less difficult than the other intermediate videos on youtube.
