FeetUp® Trainer - Intermeditate Feetup Yoga for Core Strength & headstands | Yogacandi

Intermediate FeetUp Vinyasa yoga flow suitable for Yogis who are confident with using a FeetUp prop/ Yoga chair for headstands. Make sure you have a good understanding of English pose names and how to modify to suit your body before doing this yoga class as cues will be kept to a minimum.
If you're still a beginner or not confident with lifting your feet just yet then I recommend repeating my other classes and doing my 7-day FeetUp challenge until you feel confident enough to take your FeetUp practice to the next level. Here's the playlist link - rb.gy/qbcc2a.
During this FeetUp vinyasa flow, we'll be focusing on core strength with yoga postures like L-Sit practice, Boat pose, side plank as well as playing around with different leg variations while in our inversions.

Oh my gosh, I'm building strength through my entire core. I can really feel it in my back where I need to stretch and strengthen.

Hi Candi. A while since I have done one of your classes but really enjoyed it adapting to some parts of it! I really enjoyed the Pike Straddle sequence!

Ah, that's ok Anita, so glad the second option worked better for you. It's a tough one for me too, my hips are a little wide for it, but I just about manage 🤣 I'll soon be shooting a new feetup class using the second transition, I think it's more accessible for most people. 🙏🥰

This was a challenging class and I had some difficulties to adapt some poses to my abilities. Also for the other option at the end I need some blocks to put my hands on. But I am always happy to do the feet up classes and get more ideas how to use it. Thank you, Candace 😘🙏🏻🧘🏼‍♀

This was a good one - I'm noting it as a substitute for traditional core workouts, which I like less :D On the other end of the specttrum, I wonder if you'd do a short evening sequence with the Feetup? Headstand (and shoulderstand) is a traditional evening pose and I'm trying to adopt an evening practice including inversions and meditation.
