लकारासन जैसे हलासन कि तरह लेकिन उल्टे है वैसे एक आसन है जिसमें दो पैरों को काण्डासन कै उल्टे साइड में करना पड़ता, इसमें पैरों को गर्दन से नीचे उतर कर कमरे में लाते हैं। अगर तस्वीरें चाहिए तो दिखाउंगा, इस योग के विडियो चाहिए।
