Hello neelam di.kaisi hai aap.mai aapko 2-3 saal se follow kar rahi hu aur muhje bhutttt fayda hua hai.abhi main 5 months pregnant hu ivf se aur doctor ne yoga karne se mna kiya hai lekin 4-5 dino se meri upper back mein jo aap ne btaya tripezius muscle hoti hai usme bhut jyada pain ho rahi hai.plz kuch btaye kya kru aur yeh pain khare hone par jyada hoti hai .

Mam, Before 3.1/2 years, Mere left leg knee ki ACL & MCL means ligament & meniscus tears surgery Hui hai.. Aur ab Mere left shoulder me subscaple tears ki surgery Hui hai,7 months ho gaye hai, Aur dusre shoulder me joint me pain ho rha hai , Aur jis shoulder ki surgery ho gayi hai ,usi ke elbow me tennis elbow ho gaya hai,ak saal pehle injection bhi liya hai ,but abhi 2 months se fir se bahot jyada pain ho rha hai ,to Plz tennis elbow ke liye kuch upay ya exercise btaiye plzz,.🙏 .... reply jarur dijiye mam 🙏

मेरी उम्र 71 वर्ष से कुछ ज़्यादातर। दाहिने पैर की जाँघ के ऊपर जोड़ पर दर्द होता है अगर पैर को ऊपर उठाऊँ या जूते पहनने या अंडरवियर/पायजामा पहनने की कोशिश करूँ। ये समस्या कई महीनों से है। कृपया कोई योगभ्यास बताइयेगा।
