आप के इस session तो जादू हो गया,...... 1 दिन अचानक मेरे right जांघ मे अकड आ गई, जिससे मेरे पैर मे इतना दर्द उठणे लगा जिससे मुझे नॉर्मल चल पाना भी मुश्किल हो गाया. इससे मुझे मेरी मम्मी की याद जिससे. वो बोहोत साल से जुझ रही थी. ये देख के, मुझे भी ऐसा लगा की, मे भी अभी कभी ठीक से चल नहीं पाऊंगी. लेकीन उसी वक्त मैने इस बारे मे नेट पर जाणकारी देखणा शुरू किया. ओर तब मुझे आपका यह व्हिडिओ देखा, ओर मेने योगा करना शुरू किया, ओर क्या जादू हो गाया ....🥺🥺 5-6 दीन मे ही मुझे फर्क मेहसुस होने लगा. ......ओर अब मे वापस पेहेले की तरह चल पाने लगी... Beta God bless u, ye aasan bahut hi upyogi hain. Mujhe 1990 se lumber ki problem hai, ab mujhe right leg and rt toes m numbness shuru ho gayi thi. In aasan ko karne se mujhe kaafi aaram mila. Parmatma aapko sukhi rakhe🥰🙌🏻

Thank you Ma'am, my mother is suffering from this pain for quite sometime, tried medicine but it didn't help much and now from past 1month she is doing this yog and it is helping well. Hi I was suffering with covid to improve my oxygen levels I lied in prone position for longer time it helped but after 2 days I got sciatica pain I could not go to my physiotherapist then I found your yog aasan for sciatica on KZbin Thanks alot it really worked and helped me alot to reduce the pain.😊

Hello Mam, First time I suffered from sciatica pain in 2012 but took some Ayurveda medicine and massage then I cured but one month ago I feel same pain(sciatica) again but I follow yoga asan from 7 dsys as you explained and feeling relaxed 50-60 %

Sahi kaha aapne jisko pain hota hai wahi samjh sakta hai, mujhe hips ke upar girne ki waja se 10 din se severe sciatica pain ho raha tha 3 din se aapka bataye yog kr rahi hu, sach me bahut jyada araam mila hai, thanx so much ..mujhe seronegative arthritis hai, to shuru wali yig jo aalti palti maarke baith ke krne hoti wo nhi ho paati bas

Thank You very much dear...I was suffering lots of pain in my back and after Sciatica Pain even I am not able to walk properly. Now I am fully ohk and dont have much pain, After did this Yoga for 20 days.. I did not go to any doctor or any physiotherapist or any consultant. I just saw this vedio on You Tube and apply. When I did this Yoga very first day , I feel very relaxed than before did Yoga. I recommend this Yoga to every affected person from back pain sciatica pain.

Just 2 sessions of this and my pain gone...had a unbearable pain in lower back while sitting down and standing up..legs were feeling slightly contracted from inside.. i dont know that was sciatica or not but I'm 100% relieved from pain....thanks a lot

I had this pain from past 18 months. I followed the same as in video just for two days with etrocoxib + thiocloside twice daily for 10 days. Im relived with pain and have 10-20% remaining. Thank you very much.

Namaskar Neelam Ji I m also sufferor of this problem. I perform yoga almost every day morning but pain sansation rehta hai. I have sever pain on left thigh like siatica. I started doing the instant exercise. In just one sitting I almost got relief more than 90 %. This is highly useful excellent as well as simple exercise. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
