Beta God bless u, ye aasan bahut hi upyogi hain. Mujhe 1990 se lumber ki problem hai, ab mujhe right leg and rt toes m numbness shuru ho gayi thi. In aasan ko karne se mujhe kaafi aaram mila. Parmatma aapko sukhi rakhe🥰🙌🏻

आप के इस session तो जादू हो गया,...... 1 दिन अचानक मेरे right जांघ मे अकड आ गई, जिससे मेरे पैर मे इतना दर्द उठणे लगा जिससे मुझे नॉर्मल चल पाना भी मुश्किल हो गाया. इससे मुझे मेरी मम्मी की याद जिससे. वो बोहोत साल से जुझ रही थी. ये देख के, मुझे भी ऐसा लगा की, मे भी अभी कभी ठीक से चल नहीं पाऊंगी. लेकीन उसी वक्त मैने इस बारे मे नेट पर जाणकारी देखणा शुरू किया. ओर तब मुझे आपका यह व्हिडिओ देखा, ओर मेने योगा करना शुरू किया, ओर क्या जादू हो गाया ....🥺🥺 5-6 दीन मे ही मुझे फर्क मेहसुस होने लगा. ......ओर अब मे वापस पेहेले की तरह चल पाने लगी... Namaskar Neelam Ji I m also sufferor of this problem. I perform yoga almost every day morning but pain sansation rehta hai. My job is sitting job n spend more than 10 hrs whether I should perform this exercise Aapka program bahut hi achha hai Mai every episode dekhta hu Thanks God bless you Always serve the nation

Yog guruji in mri done in 2017 I diagnosed my l 4 & 5 are compressed. I have numbness sometimes in my left side of leg and arm which is tolerable. I do regular yogic exercise and also take maxnuron pg capsules or pragyaginin the night

Superb mam it's always great to see ur videos bcoz u correlate yoga with scientific evidence nd ur way of delivering session always been exemplary. One thing which I feel u sud include in this session is core strengthening exercise,,then it would be a complete session...I might be wrong I only needed ur suggestion..overall it's always great to view ur great video with great charming and smiling faces...keep helping to society nd keep making excellent videos...

Manoj ji, this is for people who are in pain. it is not about core at all. Core exercises is a different topic. I cannot include 2 topics in one video. Maybe later I will make a video about it. But this video is only for Sciatica nerve or herniated disc.
