In this 20-Minute No Kneeling Yoga Stretch class, we practice gentle seated and supine poses to stretch and relax the whole body. This is useful for you if you have knee pain or injury and don't want to put weight on the knees. There are no standing poses in this yoga routine. We do 3 minutes of Savasana and close the practice together.

Just starting my yoga journey. I am age 70 and a year out from a right total knee replacement. This practice today was relaxing and felt good to my knees. Thank you and I am sure I will return.

This is a new video for me and I liked it. Thank you. I have bilateral knee injuries, so no weight bearing is possible. Great poses, but I found the transition between each was a little too quick.

Thank you! This was such a lovely practice. Please ignore the rude comment re: the camera angle. I don't understand these people who are interested in dropping negative comments -- especially in a space where someone is creating from a place of peace and service.

Thank you for the video. I may not have any knee injuries, but my knees bruise easy so this was super helpful in avoiding that. Love the background noises as well.

My kneecap is bruised and after starting 4 other classes and having to stop because I couldn’t kneel this class did the trick. 🙏🏼

@@YogaUpload I'm not sure what he means. Camera angle is fine. I did this entire practice with my eyes closed as it's a lovely wind down practice for the end of an active week. Thank you and namaste 🙏🕉️
