Adriene, I’ve watched the movie Avatar when I was six years old. I’m almost 17 now. Ever since I’ve witnessed the scene when all the people come together to bow their heads and respect the power of unity, faith and hope, I’ve dreamed of doing the same with my people. Here. On Earth. And believe me when I say this, you have made my dream come true !!! Hundreds of people(at least) have just practiced this with me, and I feel truly grateful to have felt that connection and magic. I really couldn't not engage more than going through the motions this round. My mind was everywhere else. I think I will find more time for myself today, and create an opportunity to give this another go. Darn complicated lives and such. Thank you again. I can't believe I have been able to come this far. I went from spending 8 hours a day on the couch, to day 11 and being so much more active in my life! Thank you Adrienne and much love to everyone out there.

I'm not doing True everyday-- And that's okay. i'm finding what feels good. And i'm doing two days every time i practice, So today i did Days 10 and 11. I don't know how, but every video is EXACTLY what i need and what my body needs that day. I've never enjoyed working out and enjoying my body like this, so i can't thank you enough. You're amazing!

I loved todays yoga! I loved how child's pose made my hips feel relaxed, and at ease. oh the changes I've seen off the mat these last few months. I suddenly love to be moving when i'm sedentary for too long, taking time to gently stretch and move my body during classes or when i've been working too long at coffee shops. Anxiety is pretty bad today so I think I needed this practice just to be kind to myself and slow down. I found it hard to settle the mind but I'm sure my body appreciates the stretch :)

I don't know if my movement was necessarily soft (because I felt a bit clunky getting into some of the poses like pigeon), but I definitely explored different areas in the poses to normal. I was asking myself: how am i going to put feet over my knee and be flat? and you answered right away on the video. I'm a perfectionist and i charge myself to be in the right position, but my body has limitations and i'm learning that there's no right or wrong. When I came to do this today I was wanting something harder and more invigorating because the last few days have been tough and I wanted to work my feelings/emotions/aggravations out on the mat. Instead I get to soften. I almost did "detox" again but decided to just go with this theme and I'm glad I did because it's exactly what I needed. Thanks, Adriene for all you do to put these video series out. I know this is an old one but I've started and stopped it so many times but I'm determined to finish it. This is day 11 in the series but I'm on day 20 of actually doing them because life does get in the way. But I'm still here! 💕

Today's practice was much needed! My cat forced me to be extra soft and slow while cradling my footbaby because she was insistent on following my foot and licking all of my toes, haha. And, I have to thank you. These 11 days have improved my posture, my confidence, and my strength (spiritually and physically). I had no idea my life would shift so drastically and positively in just a little over a week. I feel wonderful, loving, happy and at peace. Thank you. Namaste.

I saw the word soften and I said, yeah, I definitely need that, but the cherry on the top was: "Stop pushing and forcing and learn to soften" those are the words I needed today, and hearing them let me confirm I chose the right practice. The cream and chocolate prinkles over the ice cream were Adriene mentioning all the people practicing and stopping the fight at the time bowing and surrendering in child's pose. Not to mention that she could read our minds when she complements her coments with things like: "I am not saying, this should be easy for you, dude! I am just telling you to bring the ease to the pose". Lots of love Adriene and community! May all Gods and Goddess bless you! 🙏♥️🌷

The things happen as they might happen. Just right in the moment I pressed "play" in the video, one of my cats laid down on my mat. Usually I get a little bit pissed off with something that disturbs my practice... Them I started to laugh and continued doing the asanas with the cat there. It was so amusing whe he started to play with my feet and gave me little bites of love. Today's lesson is one very important to me: learn to soften. Be lighter in life!

It took me a while to learn how to soften. Yoga never was physically hard for me but when I first started I felt uncomfortable. Now I feel sooo relaxed in downdog and chilled in crow pose. For the first time I started I wasn’t feeling yoga so deep in my heart. I knew it was also a mental exercise but It never touched my feelings. Now I’m happy to say yoga is dance of my soul. It give me relaxation (I usually do yoga in the evening to relax) and also emotional rinse. I’m so in love with it!!! There wasn’t any day without yoga since I started this journey in October 2016

Beautiful and so perfect for me today. I fell and landed on my coccyx this morning, increasing my existing chronic back pain. My first thought was 'damn, my yoga!'. I approached the mat with caution. This practice was very special to me. Growing up my dad called me tender heart. Over the past few months I've been working on cultivating that same level of love and compassion I always carried with me as a child, that we sometimes lose on the path to adulthood. I've been working hard to soften and go with the flow this whole week - I hold a lot of tension in my neck which causes migraines. This practice summarised what I have achieved and learned about my body. Thank you.

Only been 2 months doing yoga and I look forward to Adriene daily. I am 56 and learn daily from this. Sooooo nice just to stretch. I think I am hooked. For Adriene you need to know you give more to us followers than you know. Knowledge, some laughs, and healthy information. I thank you.
