The first time I did restorative yoga was your 30 day restorative yoga challenge a few years ago when I was early in my sobriety. It helped me sleep, I had troubles sleeping my whole life. I finally actually slept it was the best gift ever! I’m still here very often and still sleeping and still sober ❤ Thanks so much Bird for everything you do! I woke up to horrible pain from my coccyx and knew nothing could help in terms of pain release but you -I did the 5 minute morning yoga just to test the waters and then came to this. A lot of the pain has been released. Your videos never fail me, thank you ☺️

I have been with lower back pain and sciatica that had me in despair, no medication helped me and the therapies hardly helped me. I found this exercise and I have been doing it for 2 days and both pain has gone down by 90%. Thank you, thank you very much❤❤❤
