This is an amazing sequence! I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis since April and have tried just about everything (including other yoga sequences). I’ve had minor results so far, but felt IMMEDIATE relief after doing your sequence. I’ve now been doing it daily for a week and my foot pain is almost completely gone! Thank you for making and sharing this.

I'm glad I found this video, I have really bad plantar fasciitis in my left heel at this time, and it's been so bad where I am limping and then can't get out of bed without it hurting. The doctor won't give me a cortisone shot like they used to to take care of all my other sports pain, I'm glad I can take care of this on my own like all my other inquiries, aches and pains. I love your videos.

I've been dealing with a flare-up (bad enough that I struggle to walk and have to slide down my stairs in the morning so I don't fall) for over 4 months now and the only doctor I can afford won't do anything to treat it but tell me to lose weight. This definitely didn't cure the problem, but for the first time in months I feel like I can safely go down a flight of stairs. I'm hoping this will be one of those videos I can add to my nightly stretching so that, here in a week or two, I feel like I'm actually healing. Thanks for being the only person in 4 months of searching whose video did anything for me 👍

I'm really surprised that i haven't commented on this routine previously! I had plantar fasciitis in my left foot for a year and it was very painful indeed. I discovered this routine 6 months in, and did it religiously, every day for 6 months, mixed in with an awful lot of plantar and dorsiflexion exercises, plus a transition to barefoot shoes. I have been free of pain for over a year now, but I still come back to this video periodically, although I do Joelle's chakra yoga most mornings. I have recommended this routine to so many people, who I know have suffered with PF.
