Hey, y’all! It’s DAY 3 of our ✨YOGA EVERY DAMN DAY CHALLENGE✨& practices are going to start to intensify. As this happens DON’T ABANDON THE CHALLENGE! Here’s some options you have: 1. TAKE YOUR TIME. If you need to pause the video, pause it! No one is judging you, take care of yourself! 2. USE MODIFICATIONS. People often will give up because they might not be able to get into the full expression of the pose. Modify as you need to, take on the less intense version of the pose. There’s no shame in taking care of yourself. 3. WATCH A DIFFERENT VIDEO. The point of the challenge is to move your body, to do some yoga everyday. So if there’s a different video of mine you know you can get through, choose that one! You can even redo DAY 1 or 2. You have options! Whatever you do, don’t give up. When obstacles present themselves we have to work around them. You can do it! I believe in you! PEACE & LOVE! ✌🏽💛

Today was a bit more challenging and a little bit more fast paced, but the way I’ve learned how to do it is pause the video try to take a breather or do a couple of chores around the house and come back. I was already watching you Nico for two weeks before I started this challenge man I absolutely love you and thank you so much!!! I been having a lot goin on in my life and this has helped me so much. Hey Nico, I wanted to check in and hold myself accountable. Today's challenge was definitely difficult for me. I started with yoga and then moved on to personal training. Lately, I have been finding it hard to be consistent in the gym, which has resulted in a slight hamstring injury. Today's vinyasa helped me to open up my hips and stretch my lower back and posterior chain. I was feeling the heat, but it was worth it. Thank you for creating a space where we can practice and for sharing your light. I really enjoyed the use of Sanskrit.

This was a satisfying challenge leaving me completely fulfilled. I used a few modifications and accepted where I was in the practice, excited to dedicate my time and energy to improve thorough-out this 30 day challenge. Day 3, and I almost skipped due to being on the go all day…but guess what? Day 3 completed. You did it, I did it, WE did it. Give yourself a tight hug and celebrate (enjoy) giving yourself this time. This class was 🔥!! I loved the heat, and usually I don't love sun salutations. Also, I love all the hip openers! Would also love to see some shoulder openers or like upper ache in other ones. Whenever there is a shoulder pose, it feels so good!

Whewwwww girl!!!! This one right here 😳🥵🥵 got my glasses foggin up Chile. But wow it truly felt amazing, keeping that high intensity energy going, yet feeling relaxed and releasing at the same time.
