बेटी शाहिदा आपका जो योग ,प्राणायाम करके समझाने का तरीका है वह वास्तव मे सराहनीय है मोबाइल पर आज कल अनगिनत योगाचार्य कार्यक्रम आ रहे हैं किन्तु आपको देख कर ऐसा अनुभव होता है कि आप पास खङे होकर समझा रही हैं ।

I have been doing yoga off and on for nearly 50 yrs. Many interruptions were due to bilateral rotator cuff tear , diminished range of motion and chronic pain . Finally I had bilateral total shoulder replacement . Inspite of above surgeries and numerous sessions of physical therapy I still have on going pain and markedly limited ROM, especially in left shoulder. I am very much inspired by this video , simple and detailed explanations and demonstration . I intent to follow your video ( best video for shoulder pain I have ever seen) I enjoyed and practice Internal Medicine in US for nearly 27 yrs My surgeries were done in US Now I live in Canada for past 5 yr. I intent to follow your video and practice daily. I do appreciate your hard work producing the video. One request , would you kindly make a video on downward facing dog ( I need to learn to do it properly ) Thank you kindly Shaheeda Keep up the good work.

Maim ap ka ye exarsize bahot hi aramdayak hai mujhe 15 din se bahot hi dard tha gale pe so bhi nhi pata tha 2 se 3 bar karne me pura Aram mil Gaya hai Mai mujhe bahot bahot dhanyawad ap ka ye vedio banane ke liye
