Is it necessary to do both Anulom--vilom and Nadi-shodhan Pranayam?A person who does Yoga for good health can do both or only one. Madam, please advise.

You can do both .. Anulom vilom we practice without retention of breath and nadi Shuddhi we practice with retention of breath .
