Hi i had 3 c sections. After each delivery I was weighing 66 kgs which is 13 kgs additional weight than my normal weight 53 kgs. My height is 5.3 inch. Every time before conceiving I will be back to my normal weight. How is this possible. I didn't do anything special as u do. All I did is my house hold chores and take care of my kids. Also I do the shopping for the house. I don't have anybody to help. My suggestion is to do all work by urself. I can maintain weight

Yes ofcourse it's quite normal with all mothers, so you have to focus everyday atleast 30 minutes for practice, with in 3 to 6 month you can get good shape

Bhaly AP half an hour ya 20 mint sy start kren but fo it daily on a regular time
