great dynamic video Tim! You can also encourage people to play this video at .75 speed instead of the normal speed if it feels too fast. This was the perfect speed for me and I've been doing your videos for over 2 years now. Thanks for all you do!

this is the best quick vid! Come back to it again and again when I don’t feel like doing Yoga…I think, Oh i can at LEAST do 25 minutes. And it always reminds me why I come back to the mat and makes the body and mind feel much better for it

When I first started yoga and found your channel- you changed my life first time. Then I felt so inspired and started my yoga teacher training couple days ago, finally. So I guess it's second time now. Words can't describe how grateful I am. 🙏🏼

I really enjoy the dynamic movement prior to class. This is something I’ve incorporated in my morning prior to spinning or weight training. It is great for beginning of yoga! Thanks Tim

Absolutely the best way to start the day. The calm voice over - was able to relax the mind and do some great stretches before a busy crazy day. I am in for the challenge. Have a great day! 25 - 40 minutes classes are perfect for mornings.

This was great. I loved how you added all categories of poses, including my most beloved triangle, headstands, plow and twists. Also, the final thoughts on how to be a witness and not grasping on thoughts: I wish it was easier for me, but I love a good reminder from time to time! Namaste

Decided to create a new folder called FavFav Yoga, for my Favorite Favorite yoga videos. This one went in it. Working through my Top 10 Folder, which has probably 30 in it now and did this one today. Loved it so much. Thank you Tim!

I stumbled across this video which I had bookmarked awhile ago. Dynamic workouts feel very different than the flow practices. This has really energized me. Always great to practice with your leadership, Tim. Thank you.

Thanks for the flow. I didn't think I could make it through today with a bad head cold , but focusing on my breath through it and the shevasana at the end I felt much better.

I freaking loved this flow - the slightly faster pace is more akin to my animal flow movements I'm used to, which allows me to not think too much. Although thinking too less isn't always a good thing. All things in moderation, including moderation.

Thanks, Tim! I like the dynamic warm-up. It IS a bit fast for my aging body, but I can handle it. It's a great practice to open the side body in a short period of time. I will definitely check out the new challenge. Namaste.

This was just what I needed after 1 week travelling and without yoga, a great stretch. Totally agree with David about slowing it down, I’m going to linger longer in some of those deep stretches 🙏🏽 namaste Tim, and thank you

Thank you for this exercise. One tip to for people who want to Increase difficulty: try the poses while trying to work with/avoid your cat who wants to constantly sit on you/your yoga mat.

That was AMAZING, Tim. The dynamic stretches revealed areas that I was holding tense. They gave me more access to, and a deeper awareness of, my body. It is fascinating how small changes to one's movement can lead to discovery and open up new areas to explore. Thank you!

I am in for the challenge, I missed the January one recovering from open heart surgery so I am very excited for this "bonus" one. I would definitely order that cocktail 🍸 something with kombucha seems fitting. Maybe you can serve them at your upcoming retreat.
