Thank you Tim, I'm a daily as I was a little sick yesterday. This was just what I needed to get everything moving comfortably. What I love about yoga is the Relationship between all the body parts as you move. Many instructors talk about what's going on at the pelvis but you are the only person that I have found to talk about rib mobility. Thank you so much for that!

I hurt my back yesterday while doing exercise, it was quite bad and had to use a tens machine and take anti-inflammatory medication. Today I was feeling slightly better but, after your video I feel almost like nothing happened! I'm so impressed!!! Thank you!!!!

Thank you for sharing this therapeutic movement! I tweaked my back on the second day of the challenge (it turns out my body is not a fan of jumping right into a yoga practice straight out of bed), so on what should have been day 3, I did your previous yoga for back pain video instead. After that, I felt much better, and was feeling good enough the next day to rejoin this January challenge.

I don't have back problems, fortunately, but I enjoyed the stretches. I was glad to hear you were linking to a hip strengthening class, but did not see the link - did I just miss it? Cool video, I'll come back to this on bad back days for sure. I was wondering for breathing during these poses is it better to be breathing ojjayi (in through the nose out through the nose) or like how you demonstrated around 1:55 for the first pose.

Hi Tim, the stretch for the psoas starting around 13 1/2 minutes didn't feel like it really got into those muscles. What should I adjust? Thanks

Hey Susan. Thanks for your question. Focus more on the pelvic tilt with your hip exactly over your bottom knee, and engage the glute to put the psoas on stretch, along with the neutral ribcage position. If that doesn't work then translate the pelvis forward 1-2 inches maintaining the posterior tilt on the pelvis and neural ribcage.
