5 days ago I was in lots of lower back pain after lifting a massive goose out of the oven stupidly...I started doing Tim's back pain sessions once a day and now I'm almost completely better! The reminder I needed that I need to practice regularly to maintain my body instead of just running (hobbling) to yoga to cure me when my back goes out! Thank you Tim, you're the yoga teacher everyone needs in their life!👍

It's been almost one year since my last Yoga practice. Lesion, travel, surgery, moving to another city... and today I came back to the mat and having a severe problem with my lower back I selected this video. I missed it all and I am feeling great. I intend to repeat this lesson everyday during at least one week. I'll let you know.

Ahh I'm a powerlifter and had to stop squatting 18 months ago because of a compressive injury to my lower back. It's already a lot better but I have to take good care of it to keep it that way nowadays (and so that I can continue to lift). The difference now compared to before I did this video is huge honestly. It's just loosened up all the sticky places that get tight and locked up after my weight training and it feels amazing.

Tim - my lower back has become seized up from every timyoe of yoga I've tried over the last few months, yin, restorative, Yang, slow flows.... they all irritated my lower back but this has made it feel happy again... will be doing this daily (with one day break as recommended). Thank you so much 🙏🏽

Day 3 - Best tip: avoid your ribs to flare up. Keeping this awereness in every single posture helps me to find the best confortable way to go into the pose. I noticed that it works for me to go to down dog with small steps back instead just one big one. The imbalance produces to much pressure to the lower back. Still improving and happy with that.

And the fun part is that it always feels like the first time, because the way the body reacts is different depending on how much my lower back needs to align. Have been struggling with lower back and hip pain for a while on and off. Feel like I'm always searching for stretches that help and this has been by far the best I've done. Thank you Tim! Was suffering from "tight" lower back for a couple of weeks now, but got worse till pain was everywhere. This class just released it all and I can feel the muscles that were so tight, they are sore now. This will be my go to class for lower back. Love you Tim for this class!!

I am getting knee and hip shots. I was also starting to have back spasms at night. There have been very serious back compilations and surgeries with every member of my family. I have been doing yoga since I was 13 almost everyday. Simply put this yoga honestly made my whole back feel 100% better. I’m in. My back and knees feel differently then any other yoga, Physical Therapy or exercises I have done. I am 69. I experienced improvement immediately. Looking forward to my new daily routine.
