I did yesterday’s breathing! Quite pleased with the twisting today, getting better at it and balance not too bad either for a 74 year old. Been doing yoga for about a year now and definitely seeing the benefits. Thanks Tim.

Really my hubby has started about 3 years ago with Tim. He is now 72. His mobility has improved amazingly! In all our sports, he is doing as week or better than most. Tim is part of that success. Thanks

The twists were great! Didn’t realize i could really twist and hold. Love these classes, I have finally found a TEACHER that is taking the time to explain how yoga should be practiced and why we move/breathe the way we do. These are intense sessions and I love them. Today's twists were a new sensation. I got through them. At 61 years of age I am using strength training and your yoga classes to be strong and agile. Thank you for talking in detail how to position our poses.

First time commenting on that spectacular view you have! You know, if I stopped doing your classes now (which isn’t going to happen!), the one thing I will always remember are your pointers on 360 rib cage breathing. I find I think about that a lot throughout my day doing whatever, and it’s very useful when falling asleep to take your mind off everything. I enjoyed today’s twisty class. And, yes, that was a long hold in twisted crescent!!

Hey Tim, I've been considering finding a yoga teacher training to attendant as I've become accustomed to the modern school system of having a syllabus with exams and such. I did the breathing exercises, at first I didn’t want to do it but I paired it with the stretching exercises we’re integrating with our practice. I learned so much from the breathing video. Hi Tim! I have been following your yoga classes for some time. I think you are a very talented and experienced yoga teacher. You know a lot about yoga yourself and teach it very well. One thing I would like you to do is show the optimal yoga poses for each pose. I understand that you would like to be useful even for those who do not have much experience in yoga, but if one has trained with you for a while and learned the basics and wants to move on, one does not know if, for example, in Chairpose, the back and arms should be completely straight up or angled forward. In any case, I am incredibly grateful for all your explanations, from which I learn a lot.

Loved the transitions, and working on getting the balance and alignment right was a note well-taken. What makes your classes so special is not just the physical movement, but the reminders to let go, move freely, dispense with baggage of the past and create that clean slate that helps us approach a new day. You impart wisdom and learning in each session, and I always pick up great nuggets of information. Starting the second week and all the tweets felt really great. You did talk for 5 minutes during that pose!! That was long!! I always feel really great after practice even if it's just 30 minutes. Amazing class. Did the breathing class yesterday and day before since it was released prior to me going to sleep. Great way to relax. The twisting was great and really help with my detox. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Thanks, Tim. Another lovely class. I love your modesty about taking ideas from other teachers - isn't that just what all good teachers do? Wisdom is passed on by great teachers, and you're one of them! Just one criticism - please could you include savasana in your videos? It totally breaks up the peaceful rhythm of the class when you have to sit up, go over to the laptop, click a link then wait for the ads to run!

We love you! We practice every day with you, challenge or not, for many years now. The daily and weekly sequence in this challenge is great. Wish I could encourage all my friends to do it and maintain a daily routine to see how their mobility would improve and general physical ability to practice other sports. By the way, if other fans of yours read this I encourage to do like us. We often do just what you post on internet but we are registered on your paid channel/community as well even if we rarely use it. You certainly deserve our registration fee cause you are part of our life everyday. Keep up the excellent work.

I did yesterdays breathing too! I was a little confused why it was so short but I understand today. My balance really surprised me and I completely understood how your explained how breath is related. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.
