I did yesterday’s breathing! Quite pleased with the twisting today, getting better at it and balance not too bad either for a 74 year old. Been doing yoga for about a year now and definitely seeing the benefits. Thanks Tim.

Really my hubby has started about 3 years ago with Tim. He is now 72. His mobility has improved amazingly! In all our sports, he is doing as week or better than most. Tim is part of that success. Thanks

I am 70. I've been practicing with Tim for almost 8 years. I ache in many places and I am shrinking, but overall, yoga keeps me flexible and moving well. Gotta keep going.

Love the twists. And you may only be repeating what you learned from others, but your understanding, empathy and humor talks to me and gives me a much deeper understanding of my practice than any other teacher. Thanks Tim.

This 30 day challenge has been so helpful getting me back into a regular practice. I used to teach for CorePower before Covid and then I moved to Hawai’i and haven’t taught or practiced much the past couple years. It feels really good getting back into the swing of things again, thanks Tim!

The twists were great! Didn’t realize i could really twist and hold. Love these classes, I have finally found a TEACHER that is taking the time to explain how yoga should be practiced and why we move/breathe the way we do. I am feeling more open physically and mentally because of this class. Can’t wait for more!

These are intense sessions and I love them. Today's twists were a new sensation. I got through them. At 61 years of age I am using strength training and your yoga classes to be strong and agile. Thank you for talking in detail how to position our poses.

I tend to have back pain from all the sitting and so I love twists! This class, together with the breath work learned in day 7 video was awesome. Finally someone who teaches how to do twists, and generally practice yoga, safely 🎉

First time commenting on that spectacular view you have! You know, if I stopped doing your classes now (which isn’t going to happen!), the one thing I will always remember are your pointers on 360 rib cage breathing. I find I think about that a lot throughout my day doing whatever, and it’s very useful when falling asleep to take your mind off everything. I enjoyed today’s twisty class. And, yes, that was a long hold in twisted crescent!!

Life got in the way these past 2 weeks. I'm back, and today's practice was challenging in all the right ways. I wobbled a bit with the twists but found I could hold the pose a little better by not extending my back leg as far. Looking forward to the next day's practice! Thanks Tim.

Wow, Josephine! Very inspiring. I hope I'm still practicing yoga, able to, in my 70's. That's the plan. So I'm still on course Tim. Over the weekend, after getting back to figure skating and straining my groin, again, I had to go back to your earlier Challenge classes. I'm behind but am reviewing all the intros for the philosophy (your words of wisdom). Enjoying the journey.

Opening the session with telling us off for skipping videos hahahh priceless! I haven't skipped any so far but now that I know we are under watch I won't even consider it. Terrific practice and I loved the background birds, dogs and airplanes.

Hey Tim, I've been considering finding a yoga teacher training to attendant as I've become accustomed to the modern school system of having a syllabus with exams and such. A yoga teacher of mine has now become a friend and I was sharing this development with him and he encouraged me (not verbatim) to develop my home practice. I did the breathing exercises, at first I didn’t want to do it but I paired it with the stretching exercises we’re integrating with our practice. I learned so much from the breathing video. I’ve been doing yoga daily for 3 years and just yesterday learned how to breath (from your video). Keep up your great work ❤

I dis this class yesterday together with the video about breathing . I felt that my legs were stronger and more stable all day as if I have more support from the ground. It definitely improved my whole posture and mood. But it was really hard 😂 Thanks for your work, Tim

Hi Tim! I have been following your yoga classes for some time. I think you are a very talented and experienced yoga teacher. You know a lot about yoga yourself and teach it very well. One thing I would like you to do is show the optimal yoga poses for each pose. I understand that you would like to be useful even for those who do not have much experience in yoga, but if one has trained with you for a while and learned the basics and wants to move on, one does not know if, for example, in Chairpose, the back and arms should be completely straight up or angled forward. In any case, I am incredibly grateful for all your explanations, from which I learn a lot.

I'm still here. twists are not too bad, adding balance needs work. I'm in it for the long haul. Learning to be more gentle flowing from 1 position to the next. Remembering to Focus on the breath is oh so helpful. Namaste 🙏

Loved the transitions, and working on getting the balance and alignment right was a note well-taken. What makes your classes so special is not just the physical movement, but the reminders to let go, move freely, dispense with baggage of the past and create that clean slate that helps us approach a new day. You impart wisdom and learning in each session, and I always pick up great nuggets of information. That, along with your great humour, scenery and Ollie, sets your practice and your channel far above any other. Thank you, Tim and Ollie - see you tomorrow, dude (can I call you dude? 😂😉)

4 mo postpartum and rebuilding my core. Over a decade of yoga more than adequately prepared my body for birth and love this challenge for getting back! MY HOMIE! Starting the second week and all the tweets felt really great. You did talk for 5 minutes during that pose!! That was long!! I always feel really great after practice even if it's just 30 minutes. I am proud of myself for making time to do yoga every day at least for 30 days (let's see if I can keep doing it for a bit longer this year...). Thank you for being so inspiring in each video. i started the challenge a few days late but am really enjoying it so far. i feel like i've already gotten stronger and my back isn't hurting nearly as much in the morning. applying the breathing practice from yesterday helped me feel very grounded after today's practice. thank you!

That was great: the twist variations even made me more sensitive and aware to the cross of my legs at the end. You definitely honor your teachers, just like the chant to Patanjali in my Iyengar practice. (And even without breakdancing, the last few days could work as a dance: a 5-6-7-8!) Thank you! - Ray

Tim, I enjoy your classes so much - they're just what I need as I'm getting back into yoga (was doing it with you a lot last year but stopped). Focusing on breathing and then working with us to incorporate it into our practice is so helpful. Thank you. One thing I was hesitant to share but thought it better to get out: I like your Shivasana videos but wish I didn't have to click to view them - it just halts the flow for me. If you put them back in each day, I'd be very willing to watch the ad at the end of the daily practice if that would help. In any case, I really appreciate you and your style - have told a number of people about you.

Amazing class. Did the breathing class yesterday and day before since it was released prior to me going to sleep. Great way to relax. The twisting was great and really help with my detox. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Thanks, Tim. Another lovely class. I love your modesty about taking ideas from other teachers - isn't that just what all good teachers do? Wisdom is passed on by great teachers, and you're one of them! Just one criticism - please could you include savasana in your videos? It totally breaks up the peaceful rhythm of the class when you have to sit up, go over to the laptop, click a link then wait for the ads to run!

We love you! We practice every day with you, challenge or not, for many years now. The daily and weekly sequence in this challenge is great. Wish I could encourage all my friends to do it and maintain a daily routine to see how their mobility would improve and general physical ability to practice other sports. By the way, if other fans of yours read this I encourage to do like us. We often do just what you post on internet but we are registered on your paid channel/community as well even if we rarely use it. You certainly deserve our registration fee cause you are part of our life everyday. Keep up the excellent work.

I did yesterdays breathing too! I was a little confused why it was so short but I understand today. My balance really surprised me and I completely understood how your explained how breath is related. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.
