Level 9 - Yoga For Beginners - Yoga Flows - Evolution Series - Yogbela
This yoga flow has inversion, Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Series)
It's an amazing series for Beginner's as they'll get to know from where to start their yoga journey.
Whereas for regular practitioners it's a way to make their foundation strong so that they can achieve advance postures with ease.
Level 1- 4 : Asana Foundation
Level 5-7 : Yoga Flow
Level 8-10 : Intense Practice

Karnpidasana tak to thik tha but urdha padmasana and pindasana is really tough for a beginner... Its my 2nd day of level 9. May be I can do those postures after few days... Till then going to practice this level only😊 Update: 4th day I did those postures with support... Thank you so much preeti for being in our life😊

Never once has this happened to me before. Have done this practice several times. I kept weeping during savasana and literally got out of breath at the namaste. Commenting here so that next time i practice, I aspire to be stronger emotionally. Anyway, Thank you ma'am.

lockdown is making Nishant work :) he was quite awesome . It has been many years but I am unable to get padmasana especially the left side.... kant peeda asana comes almost close to 80% post that I couldn't do others but matsya yes

Hahaha... Its ok Abhishek.. go easy.. don't injure yourself... Go for day 7(7days series) or Day 10 ( Transformation series) .. both classes are hip openers and intense stretches .. you'll see improvement in padmasana.. 👍👍🤗🤗

Level 9 done..could only do sarvangaasana and halasana, rest of the asanas didnt come to me as I was practising them for the first time.Will work on the other asanas as well. Also please be little slow with the instructions.

Sure Jyoti.. will come up with a detailed shoulder stand series... Meanwhile you'll can try holding Sarvangasana for longer duration.. 15-20 breaths .. you'll see that other asanas in the series will become easier...

Completed all the posture.. this is a great session now excited for tomorrow... @preeti I have a issue, my palm burn so much when we have to blance through them, right now I am using normal mat or bed sheet can you please suggest me some yoga mat?

Hi preeti.. I just started level 9 today. It was good to follow this session except sarvanga series. It was so tough for me that even I couldn't lift my body up in the air. Pls suggest me some tips so that I can follow and try. I know that you are so busy Pls respond me as soon as you can bcz I would be waiting for your suggestions for my next day's session. Thank you

Hey Aruna... Try practicing sarvangasan against the wall .. till you feel strong enough to hold without it 👍👍

your postures are very good but be slow go step by step with more explanation like where out weight has to be and some techniques so that we can learn thoroughly ...any way thank u so much ....

Proper diet, regular yoga and meditation help in relief in case of auto immune diseases... Please practice yoga regularly and you'll see improvement in few months
