Very cool ideas on prepping, especially the eggs as they can be snacks for egg lovers! I loved a chopped hard boiled egg on a Cobb salad. Thank you for leaving the banana cake recipe in the description box, I'd like to try and make it for my mom. She loves it when I make banana bread/muffins or cake. I usually use a very simple recipe because I'm not a skilled baker at all yet. Just one box of yellow cake mix (usually buy sugar free Pillsbury), 3-4 mashed bananas, 1/3 cup oil, chopped nuts, and 3 eggs. I bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. My mom can finish a loaf by herself lol. Looking forward to seeing more prep videos!

When my youngest daughter was little she put 3 little plastic monkeys in the butter compartment of the refrigerator and when I asked why they were there she said it was because they didn't want to get cold. They stayed there for years until she got a bit older and wanted to send them to grandma. She kept them in her butter compartment of her refrigerator until she passed away and then they got lost in the confusion of the moment.

I have to laugh when I tell my sister-in-law about your delicious recipes. They all sound good to her until I mention “cilantro”. She hates cilantro (and cinnamon). I have a couple of questions: why do you use avocado oil and do you reuse the disposable aluminum pans? 🌻👍

Hi Sonia, I love your videos! I would love to know: How do you deal with cooking milk vs. meat meals…do you have two different ovens? I find I never end up making dairy meals because it seems too much to have to clean out the oven to switch between the two…is this what you do? How do you kneel track of which stays the oven is? Is there a trick I’m missing? Thanks and all the best and blessings for you and your beautiful family.

Good job. I am russian and the food you make is very similar to russian. Love it. My kids love homemade food. Three days of restaurant food makes them sick of it. They ask me for something homemade. And I mean I don't take them 3 days in a row to the restaurant. It's usually roadtrip or vacation. While we still on the road trip they make orders for the homemade. Lol.
