Not sure I’ve ever seen someone do more work in a shop and keep it so clean. RESPECT

It is beyond me how you ONLY have 247k subs. Your work and projects are top tier!! Keep the projects coming and you'll see 500k in no time. Awesome job on the FJ!
@austinniemela8 ай бұрын
Thank you man! Yeah we will get there!! Slowly but surely!
@mrm41558 ай бұрын
Yeah I think the same thing. Most these other car guy channels never finish projects, have multiple going on and they are scatter brained. The best part about Austin to me is he is focused. He gets a project started and finishes it through. Majority of others don’t. I really hope his channel grows because he deserves it

Looks awesome. I had doubts when you first started, especially the amount of work done to restore the panels and designing the suspension links. Now it looks like a million bucks

Thanks! It’s been a ton of work but finally paying off!

Been using Prismatic for years. I use their powders on cast bullets. Excellent adhesion performance. This FJ is going to be worth a fortune when you get done with it!

Man Austin, this came out so dang good man. My grandfather had an FJ40 but sadly never got to see it. So i'm living vicariously through you. Amazing work dude. Lot of work but amazing work.

Absolutely beautiful! It is so much fun to see how all the parts are coming together and how well every single part is treated. Only one comment: You need black screws ;-D The silver once are not fitting on your style of looking on details.

Absolutely fantastic looking rig. Never a doubt that it wouldn't be. This is the best part of any build, each piece going back on for the last time. You just step back and look and then add another piece and step back lol... you spend time admiring it with every step closer to the finish. Looks great 👍. Looking forward to seeing the next step in the assembly. Austin you really need to attend SEMA. You have some great builds that are worth being displayed. 😎👍

Bro I so freaking happy for you! I've been watching this build since day one, and I LOVE LCs and I LOVE watching a fabricator do what they do best. This thing is turning out so amazing, and idk if I'm more happy for you or jealous of you lol. Can't wait to see the finished product. I might break your knees if ya break it up into more videos tho lol jk. But you BETTER have some bad ass vids of wheeling this thing when it's done!

@surfsailorking8 ай бұрын
Wow, lookin' really good! Have you never considered putting rear fenders on? We had '78 BJ which had a nice snall extender fender on the rear arches and that made it look really good! Maybe too late in the build, or might impede travel of the wheels, but I think I'd go for it 😊

Definitely looks super sick! I’m not a fan of how dark it looks. Maybe it’s just the video and in person it looks different. And of course it’s yours and not mine so my opinion doesn’t matter lol but either way the quality and craftsmanship and all is absolutely top notch! It looks incredible and I cannot wait to see it out on some trails!
