I think there is a difference between being proud of something for example your body and being satisfied. You can be proud of the progress you've made and the body you've built but you should never be fully satisfied with it. You should always strive for the better. That's what self improvement is about.

COMPARE yourself to other likeminded men who are on the same journey as you are. Everybody tells you to stop comparting yourself blablabla,, it literally shows you where you are not good enough yet and what you can do to improve. Learn from and talk to better men, it's all a competition. You need to win! That's the mindset of champions in every industry, MJ in basketball, Elon Musk in science etc. etc. etc.!! YOU GOT THIS! Greetings from Österreich!
@smingjr2 жыл бұрын
Be forewarned. Comparing yourself to men who have a higher bench press or look better may discourage you because they have better genetics in some area of their body. Remember that you should compare yourself to yesterday and improve on that.
@ADONISZOFFIZIELL2 жыл бұрын
@@smingjr it‘s in our nature to compare ourselfes anyway. It‘s just how you approach it. I think you can learn and improve way faster if you see steps somebody in a similar situation is doing or has done. It has to be constructive not destructive comparing, like you mentioned with genetics or something like that.
@skyphilluminati68882 жыл бұрын
@@ADONISZOFFIZIELL I only partially agree. It is necessary to compare ourselfes because competing is only in our nature. But you shouldn't compare your goals with the ones of others. They are different from you. What I mean is simply that you shouldn't compare who has more gains or who is more wealthy or whatsoever but to look at our progress and see how far you and your likeminded friends got and push together to strive for better.

Dude, relate to this to a T. I was 195 with a 6 pack right out of college, lots of friends, lots of dates, etc….then one day I stopped improving, I woke up and got fat, complacent, reckless hookups, and deep in credit card debt. Took a friend calling me out on my shit, and accepting zero excuses. Now I’m in a way better place. Mentally, physically, financially, and overall. I subconsciously avoid anyone that’s okay with complacency because I NEVER want to get back to that.

Your job is making these KZbin videos and you get good money from it. Every person has a primary goal in life, for most people, it is money without a doubt. But you have that sorted out by doing an easier job (Yes, I believe all you need to make your channel grow is decent content but a hell lot of luck) l. So what this does is, your primary aim can be something else, like bodybuilding for example. You see it's easier to get a job done when it's your primary goal. I hope you understand what I mean Hamza.

Ego is not the enemy, an unjustified one is. I hate this idea, put forward by "Stoics" such as Ryan Holiday, that loving yourself in any way is ego and thus you must remove it. That you must essentially starve and kill your ego to evolve. You don't, and unless you go through the full spiritual process of ego death, you never truly will. And that's good. Your ego is your sense of self, as 'ego' means 'I'. You shouldn't let yourself get inflated, and allow your ego to rule, just in the same way you should let your emotions or mind rule you. Allow yourself to be rule by your spirit or by the greater purpose given to you by god. Allow your goals and purpose to be fulfilled not in the name of ego, or emotions or your mind, but simply by the will of the divine. It sounds stupid to the non-religious, as many of you have simply denied the calling of faith or haven't been called yet, but once you temper your ego, once you learn to use the muscle of emotions, once you tame your mind to become a hostel instead of a prison, there WILL be something missing, and that is the greater love and will of a divine, saintly and holy nature. This will come to you through some name, whether it be The Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ, God, Allah, Jehovah, or whatever other name you put to it, it will call to you, whether you realise it or not.

They knew this back in the Sokrates days. “I know that I know nothing”. The true wisdom comes with accepting that you have always so much to learn and it doesn't matter if the people you talk to are "above" you or "below" you. Everybody has experienced certain events in their lives and we can learn from that. The only way to move forward is accept that you will most certainly never know everything

Millions of people would absolutely disagree with this video but it is an absolutely inevitable truth that you always have something to learn and you can never say that you know everything. I also thought about this. Many are currently in this infotainment and mental masturbation trap (including myself for extended periods of time) It’s great for KZbinrs like Hamza, but I think he also stated in the past that his best recommendation at a certain point is to simply stop watching these videos and start doing. That statement is of course working against his own goals of getting bigger audiences etc. but i think he is a real one for actually wanting to help people. Good thing for him 99% of people will keep watching anyways. So if you want to break out, build a system for yourself with the knowledge of the internet and simply start doing. Throw your phone out of the window. You learn the most when actually doing and applying to your own life.

Humility is really the key to everything. I know many are not religious, but think of it this way. If Pride is the precursor, the origin of all sin, then Humility would be the origin of all virtue. To be humble is the only way you can truly say ‘okay, I have been lazy, I have been sleeping around too much, I have been too greedy’ and that is the only path to growth one could take. And I’m not preaching to anyone as a “God” or even somewhere close to Adonis. I’m preaching as an idiot trying to do better. Thank you Hamza for the vid and opening the line of dialogue. You have to be high value if you want a high value woman! Don't stress about it right now. Men in their early 20s this your time to grow and so when you hit your 30s you will be ready to indulge in the fruits of your labor. Don't get complacent!

Hell no dude I'm not waiting until Im a 30yo to start dating. You guys spend too much time on the internet if you think all are women are Cardi B type whores. Guys just go outside and Go to your mosque or your church and you can find plenty of good women

@@sayedalazam4228 I never said wait till your you’re 30s to date read it again. Date now but you won’t attract a high value person to compliment your life. Idk anyone that wants a “cardi B” the only thing you’re doing when you date without being high value is settling for less in a person. You don’t sound high value in the slightest since this is the way you talk. Keep working on yourself and maybe one day you’ll get a “good church girl” whatever that means

@@Tantiv oh lord 😂.... here we go another 16yo thinking he's high value because he's saved up a couple of grand working at Wal-Mart. You probably think high value means big t!ts and a big @$$ 🤣😂

He should honestly stop posting everyday. I feel like 3 vids a week or even just one a week will leave him with more novel ideas.
