To prevent brown spots do not leave it too long in one spot. Keep rotating. Watch both my sada roti videos and follow the printable recipe to learn all the tips and tricks.

Do you cook the roti over high heat for the whole time? I have found that sometimes the tawa can get too hot depending on how many roti you make, which can make the roti stick/burn

Whenever the tawa gets too hot, reduce the heat. Important to continuously monitor and manage the heat to prevent burning.
