The flower gold needs charcoal to attach out of sulphides....another trick is potting soil in the fire has risidual copper and zinc to drop out the gold....either way your efforts are very encouraging 🎉

Can you explain more or suggest any resources on this topic, namely the connection between gold and carbon? Seen it mentioned offhandedly many times, gold has an affinity for charcoal, graphite, coal, etc. In various scenarios but never have I seen this topic discussed specifically.

Even seen some claims of using charcoal in some type of electrolytic process to extract gold colloids.....

@@GetTheGold777 Hello there! So if I have this correctly - putting the black-sands under high heat, it releases small amounts of gold embedded in the granules of sand extracting it, then the small micro gold of course then emerges w/ it's self creating larger pieces of gold?? ..or is the gold just incased inside some of the grains? thanks..

That is a really good haul for a reprocessing of what is probably 1/3 of a bucket worth of material. Multiply that result by about 75 and you should have your per-ton approximate result. You may actually be getting enough from this reprocessing alone to make it worth while in itself. As a bonus amount though it's pure gravy.

This answears so many questions for me! You see, about two years ago me and my wife were at the coast. My wife was involved in a small incident in the parking lot of our favorite chowder house. A small Irish man yelled horrible insults at her, i gave chase! We ran down the beach for what seemed like 5 miles and just as i was about to grab this small Irish man i tripped and fell! When i got to my feet i realized i had tripped over the rock rings of a fire pit! Later as we went to leave for home, i realized imhad lost my keys! I retraced my steps from ealier in the day, thinking about that fire pit and howmimhad tripped i went back to search area for keys. After about ten minutes of digging in and around that fire pit in search of my keys, i found a small pile of gold! All this time imhad been convinced that that small Irish man had been a leprechaun and had dropped that gold, turns out it was just from roasted sand???

@@GamingKeenBeaner No. tree leaves are not arsenopyrite which can contain some extremely dense ratios of arsenic versus sulfur hence the term, arseno, "arsenic". A breezy may work if that breeze isnt blowing that smoke into somebodies open window. 1 whiff has consequences that are not worth a youtube video. Get The Gold is making the right choice. It isnt you that would be responsible for any liability incurred. Roasting ore has many dangers other than just the arsenic. Zinc is another common killer and linked to many ailments. This list is long and pretty much any metal is toxic if inhaled.

God I would have loved to have seen how much gold came out of the sand had you crushed it a bit after roasting. Just a few hits with a hammer, powderize everthing that didn’t go through that second to last sieve 😘👌 I would gaurentee if you crushed that all and ran it again you’d get even more than what you got naturally released through the cooking.

With the Gold Claw pan you can eliminate the classification(the whole point of the gold claw pan), I use a magic bit spinning magnet under my pan on a drill to remove the magnetite. If anything, as an alternative I would use a Miller table for the fly poop gold as a final run. I will try roasting/crushing some of my beach sand and and see it makes a difference. metallurgy, namely gold extraction from sulfide ores and concentrates. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of mixing gold- containing sulfide ores and concentrates with calcium-containing additives at content consisting 100 - 120 % of stoichiometrically needed one for complete fixing of sulfur to gypsum; roasting mixture at temperature more than 550°C; using calcium carbonate as calcium-containing additive; extracting gold out of formed roast by flotation. Before flotation it is possible to add to said roast initial concentrate in quantity consisting 1- 5% of roast mass. Invention eliminates SO₂ separation and provides increased by 5 - 8% degree of gold extraction. EFFECT: improved degree of gold extraction.
