I've heard quite a few people had lock failure with this one during hard use, can be remedied by jamming a small stick behind the lock (or sending it back lol)...stoked to see the Anax😱👍

I have the mini adamas and it’s a huge knife I can only imagine the size of the full sized adamas but I love it to death and I know it can handle just about anything I throw at it

Adamas or Cold Steel 4-max scout? Or AD-10 ?

The 4max and the AD-10 have the stronger lock when everything is done properly. I like the cru-wear steel in the adamas blade better than the stainless steels used in the cold steels or demkos

If you are bothered by side to side up and down play and lock failure then this probably isn't for you atleast the one I have no matter how tight the pivot is and other screws are it sill has play and the lock failure is terrible I don't understand the axis lock could be so good except they make it were the lock barley gets over the the tang I belive that's why it fails so easily it was just a big disappointment for me love the looks but that's about it honestly out of all my knifes this one and the bugout are the only knives I've had issues with so I haven't bought any since and don't plan to spyderco does a way better knife in my opinion the manix xl is a beast and the lock up is rock solid
