Agreed on the upload schedule. Yes it is nice to get new content, but when the frequency of videos goes up, the quality usually goes down. So it has to be understood that if a creator starts to post every day because people love their videos, the daily videos wouldn't look like the weekly/monthly videos that the audience has come to love because less time, care, and passion could be put into them for the sake of turning over new content every day. It becomes about meeting a quota rather than doing something you love
