Tbh, Bow with kill clip are rare so it might get some play and the shotgun isn't bad for PvP. The rocket launcher might be good for stand builds but with prismatic existing, I highly doubt it.

I got a headstone demolitionist roll and I have grenade constantly now. Such a good combo. Especially hitting ads that are frozen and then hitting a crystal. Huge explosions that take out mini bosses like nothing.

If you rally on air trigger and then switch the perk to recon, you lose the added reserves. It got patched out with the reserve chest piece fix.

3 days into the update I was able to - get both armors done on my Titan and Hunter - get 2 sets of destable and repulsion bows - get 2 arch temp and per instrument - get the BNS recon rocket - and head and demo HC I really wish my luck was worse so I could savor this update longer

The only « Something New » PVE that you need to grind for is : Demolitionist and Wellspring You’ll never be out of Grenades/melee ESPECIALLY if you upgrade it to lvl 17.

The rocket launcher with cluster bombs and chain reaction is fire! Shotgun with incandescent is so much fun! Haven't really used the hand cannon... Been using prismatic hunter with the strand super to bang off the green armor or of power bounties and only playing an hour or so in the evening I'm more than half way to the armor set!!

When possible just grab the orb generating ones, go do Altar of Sorrows or your activity of choice, grab an Attrition Orbs weapon preferred with Kinetic Tremors (but any will do), throw on any fragments that generate orbs for you or team mates, then just go to town. I blow through those bounties in about 1 1/2 or 2 tiers of Altar. It's not as common as the gold bounties but you get about 3+ weapons each time with at least 1 extra perk in one of the columns, sometimes in each. It might not be the most efficient like farming dungeon, GM, or raid encounters but it's pretty brain less. I've been watching videos on the side and have been getting tons of drops.

Kackis single handedly holding the destiny community together. Work it kackis, work it. I looked at what I had to do to get the solstice armour and decided for the first time ever that I was going to skip the event. Then kackis releases a video bigging the bow and it's god roll and I decide "well, I won't bother with the armour but I'll get the bow and keep an eye out for the other god roll weapons". A week later, I have the armour set for all three classes and not one god roll for any of the weapons.

Don't worry too much about the reserve bump with Air Trigger. I mean it'll be good, paired with Bipod I think you get a ton of reserves (assuming they stack) but the bump to reserves and swapping perks seems to be an interaction that Bungie wants to kill since they brought it up with Edge Transit with Envios/Cascade. It'll be a good roll but I don't think anyone needs to grind hard to try and get that double perk roll like we were with Edge Transit. Also I wouldn't completely right off the new bow. Not only is it the 2nd bow to get Kill Clip, it's the first and only with Destabilizing Rounds. Might not be the most sought after perk in comparison to Jolt or Incandescent due to its cooldown but it still does a lot of work. I've got 5k kills on a Repulsor + Destab and its been doing great both with and without Volatile rounds. If they ever rework Destab, I wouldnt want to regret not picking this up. Until a precision frame void comes out with the same perks lol.

Next time I'll try the Crowning Duologue with Bait&Switch and Grave Robber. This is the only rocket laucher with this perk. A strand warlock with Apotheosis and Thread of Ascent (source: Maven)

I’m a returning player. Spent years playing the game. I couldn’t figure out what the hell to do or how to purchase the items from solstice event. I ran the event like 12-15 times and got nothing good from it so I quit. Destiny seems to have become so complicated that it’s impossible to even figure out what to do without some kind of tutorial or guide. Like where do I even get that artificer armor? I’ve spent 40 hrs playing and haven’t even seen any.

Also the event has not been changed, they are so lazy to make any significant changes except for ever vers and the armor 💔 its a shame that destiny 1 had more content to play than D2 the core activities are not interesting to play to spend time in. We usually have 3 or 4 strike per expansion, now we are getting only 1 or rarly 2 since shadow keep, content are becoming less and less to us. This is the right topic to make video on not the same weapons all the time just for the sake they chnaged the rolls on.
