-- the fight gyms are suppose to be like school where you go to learn and home is where u do your home work. So for you to find this vid and study it is like finding the answers to a problem. Gyms only show u so much as a group, the rest they expect u to learn or pick up or already know. So be glad you found this, meaning your actually doing your homework ,well some others who ain't looking and expecting easy answers on their spare time are not taking their home work serious. So for someone to get free information should be ask for and or searched for not just easily handed out to the ones just expecting an easy answer..

Greetings from USA. You have helped so much and I hope to come to your country to train. I will try to learn the language; but are there any schools that are bilingual? Thanks 👍😊

.....Makes sense, but the left and right verbal directions and punches, seems opposite the movements though, unless you are referring to the opponents left and right...Wow, this stuff is discovered with lots of study and practice, but with a great coach, it is in a lesson....

Excellent instructor. Why cross the line of fire twice is you have already flanked your opponent into an advantage angle position? Now they have to turn and move. Dangerous

can heavyweights ( weight more than 100 kg ) succesfuly use pendulum, or is it only suitable for lighter boxers?
@yepyepyepyep86042 жыл бұрын
Usyk utilises pendulum beautifully and he holds most of the belts at heavyweight
