I would add mushrooms and onions possibly green pepper. I would leave out the pepperoni we don't like it. I might do blobs of italian sausage like a chicago pizza I was raised on. Definitely would use lots of mozzerella cheese more than you did. But I like this idea and will have to try it.😊
