¾ cup vegetable or canola oil
4 eggs
2 Tbsp baking powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
Frosting:
4 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp unsweetened coco powder
10 Tbsp milk
