I feel the need to point out that there are so many videos like this that are clearly biased towards a certain level and style of dancer. Not every dancer specializes in ballet, and not every ballet dancer is on pointe

Some of these do relate to me, I'm not a competition dancer so that's why, but most of them do. I have one that you can add if you do a part 2. Friend that doesn't know you dance, but you do: Hey what sport do you play? You: oh I dance and do softball (my life XD) Friend: cool I dance too You: cool, How long have you been dancing for? Friend: I've been dancing for 3 years, longer then most people You: *cringes* well I've been dancing for 7 *cringes again* and silently walks away

I wear my hair down most of the time when I'm not at dance (or exercising in some other way) because I literally can only do super tight ponytails/buns because that's how you have to do it if you don't want it to wobble or fall out while you're dancing, and I get headaches from having a ponytail for over 3 or 4 hours, so I can never do ponytails outside of dance. I tried once, and it was out by 3 period
